First 24 hours smell of chlorine was unbearable.

Meeldis köök- tuba, mis oli paraja suurusega kahe inimese jaoks. Vann meeldis eriti ja vesi oli mõnusalt kuum. Personal on väga professionaalne ja sõbralik ja andis tunde, et oleme hästi hoitud ja heades kätes.

I enjoyed the great location and the extra amenities the property offers, such as laundry and ironing facilities, drinking water, and a coffee machine in the common area.
I also enjoyed the slanted ceiling and the airy feel of the loft apartment.
The property felt somewhat worn and would benefit from a cosmetic refresh. A more thorough deep clean would also make a significant difference—particularly the pillows, which had an odor suggesting they hadn’t been washed recently. The kitchen cupboards and utensils likewise did not feel clean or inviting, which made cooking unappealing.
Although daily cleaning was listed as part of the stay, it did not take place as expected and had to be requested separately at reception.
On the first night, the apartment was very cold; however, this was resolved promptly by providing an additional radiator.
In terms of service, the experience was mixed. The night receptionist who welcomed me was exceptionally friendly and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed less approachable and generally provided only minimal service during interactions.
