Well located
Pros:

Spacious room. Well located property to shops, restaurants, beach and everything else Jomtien has to offer. Good breakfast and nice pool area although black-tiled pools are not always attractive. Staff are great too.

Cons:

The property has two towers. We were put in the older of the two which needs an upgrade. Cupboards etc. are looking a bit tired. Air-conditioning unit is inadequate for the size of the room. Wi-Fi is poor. Outside noise at night from motorbikes and nearby bars was not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Expceptionally clean property, good pool area.
Pros:

Large room, clean and good air conditioning. Pool area restful. Prices at the bar/restaurant were very fair.

Cons:

My 6th floor room was at the end of the building facing onto the road. Very loud, live music from nearby bar running to gone beyond 1am made it impossible to sleep. Try to book rooms away from the road and you should be fine.
