Mein Zimmer war gross, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte unerfahren und unsicher, Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, sogar der Kaffee war ungeniessbar

Meget bra rom og hyggelig betjening, men wifi holder ikke mål.
Pros:

Jeg bodde 14 dager i et Grand Deluxe Room Double i det gamle bygget, og det var meget bra. Det meste fungerte utmerket, og betjeningen som renholdt rommet var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Jeg har vært gjest på hotellet i mange år og pleier ikke å spise frokost her, men denne gangen gjorde jeg det. Frokosten var overraskende bra, med et stort utvalg av mat og drikke. Anbefales.

Cons:

Wifi fungerte ekstremt dårlig. Det er overbelastet de fleste tider på døgnet og i tillegg veldig vanskelig å koble seg til, så jeg måtte bruke mobilen i stedet. Er man avhengig av nett, kan man ikke belage seg på hotellets wifi. Min nyere Lenovo Snapdragon kunne heller ikke brukes: Jeg fikk beskjed om at den ikke var kompatibel med nettet deres.

Flott beliggenhet og god frokost, men suiten skuffet stort og ble dårlig håndtert.
Pros:

Frokosten var overraskende bra. Beliggenheten til hotellet er perfekt: Det ligger like ved stranden, og i et bra område om kvelden med mange restauranter og barer.

Cons:

Jeg hadde bestilt Jacuzzi Suite King i New Building, men boblebadet var ubrukelig under hele oppholdet. Det lot seg ikke tappe, og de klarte ikke å fikse det. Som løsning ble jeg tilbudt å flytte til den gamle bygningen med klart lavere standard, et tilbud jeg mener var uforskammet. Kompensasjonen for et ubrukelig hovedgode i suiten var ett glass juice.

Rommet var også delt i to deler med aircondition kun i sovedelen. Delen med vask, dusj og badekar var ekstremt varm og brukte mange timer på å kjøle seg ned. De hadde endret policy til bare én nøkkel per gjest, så det var umulig å holde hele leiligheten avkjølt hele tiden. Dette var en svært stor ulempe.

Jeg har vært gjest på hotellet i mange år, men da har jeg bodd i det gamle bygget. Der har jeg ikke opplevd tilsvarende problemer heldigvis.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very modern building. The pool was nice.

Cons:

My stay was going fine for the first while, until Staff bugged my phone through the hotel WiFi . They kept locking the safe in my room on purpose, as I used the same pin every time. When I complained about my phone being bugged, they obviously pretended not to know anything about it.

Although the room was modern, the bed was super uncomfortable. Such a nice room and they can’t get the bed right. It was meant to be a double but it was just two singles pushed together.

When I was checking out to go to the airport, they rang me a taxi and said he was outside. When I went outside with all my bags he was not there. Then the taxi man rings me in broken English saying g he doesn’t know where I am. When he finally arrives he demands an extra 1000 baht and refuses to drive any further. Then I had to then organise another taxi myself.

I 100% believe the hotel was messing with me because I’m a young white man.
