Location and size and balcony

Cons:

The spa was broken at Xmas time and not repaired. I would have liked to know it was out of service as that is one of the reasons I booked it!!

Pros:

DONT GO THERE. AVOID IT. Booked for 6 days, arrived, place was unclean, other people's underwear near the washing machine on the floor, and left in the dryer. Dirty floors, not vacuumed properly,. Lolly papers and rubbish inside the shelves of coffee table, water leaking from Aircon in lounge and bedroom ...washing machine faulty, unable to do laundry,...No housekeeping for the whole time, no clean towels, no rubbish removed,..utter disaster.
Top it off ...my jewellery was stolen... Police report completed .... such a terrible experience. Manager,...always making excuses,...never accepted accountability, always had an answer,...All we wanted was safe, clean and secure. The place FAILED THE WHOLE LOT.

Great location, staff great

Cons:

Wasn't clean, needs to have update of appliances.Had only 1 fork, iron old burnt my clothes. No extra garbage bags. Xould even cook as pot and pans were dirty and old.

The apartment needs a deep clean. It was neat and tidy but the showers need a really good clean and the floors hadn’t been mopped and had hair and dust on them

Pros:

Absolutely disappointed, very dirty and lot of Cockroaches in the kitchen!

Cons:

We will never return and we will report to department of health. It’s absolutely disgusting how there was cockroaches in the kitchen
