It is a well-spent holiday.
Pros:

I truly appreciate the warmth and understanding of the reception staff in accommodating our early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The peaceful environment and the well-designed layout of the apartment created a comfortable stay. Most of all, I was genuinely moved by the stunning view outside, which added a special touch to our experience.

Our stay was Alright. Was expecting a clean property to walk into but was hit with poorly cleaned glasses, a broken wine

The accommodation was in a great location and walking distance to Cavil Ave

Cons:

Although there was a spa it was not working, so unable to use it. Was quite disappointing as I'm a support worker and had booked with a client on respite. The client is highly anxious and has obsessed over this for 3 days. I really don't think the apartment was value for money.

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to tram and bus stations, supermarkets and Cavill Avenue. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was very comfortable and convenient for my family of 4 people.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The apartment was very dusty, with hair clumps on the ground. The fridge also needed cleaning inside.

L'emplacement de l'appartement était top...au calme et vu sur la rivière superbe... petit bacon très appréciable au petit dej....

Cons:

Le lit d'appoint était inconfortable, le lavabo de notre salle de bain boucher par un tas de cheveux etc.... et les support de savon pas super bien nettoyer.

Was overall great the things I liked definitely outweighed the bad
Pros:

I liked the view from the balcony, the set up of the apartment was nice and in a very convenient location

Cons:

I didn’t necessarily want to say this but the master bedrooms bathroom had a broken toilet you couldn’t use and they did not let us know until we asked, the aircon fan that was on the balcony was really hot when aircons were on it made me want to stay inside and the spa was under construction at the time so that was a bummer but other then that I enjoyed my stay here and would want to stay again
