MAJOR roach infestation!!! It's a real shame because location is great and apartment was nice.
Pros:

ACTUAL INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES!!!!! Not your regular Qld oh there's a roach here and there easy to brush off. But an actual infestation of cockroaches and roach babies and their extended family in the kitchen area. Luckly we had our own poison so we could poison under the fridge and around the kitchen floor areas. THERE WAS SOOOOOOOO MANY that crawled out and during our whole stay it was clear so amount of poison or making sure the kitchen was clean could stop the roaches. This apartment and complex needs a serious exterminator professional coming over. I am pretty sure they are living inside the fridge, dishwasher and under the sinks. The roaches would crawl all over the loungeroom and kitchen floors, on the counters and on the stove.

Cons:

Like said earlier I brushed off other guests reviews about the roaches as "tourists, pffft, they probably freaked out from 1 or 2 cockroaches" but this property had the biggest infestation I have ever seen yet. It was really disgusting and I do not recommend anyone stay here for that reason. Also we did not have access to the amenities and management was never around at front desk when tried to go and ask about the non functioning fobs. We emailed during our stay about both the roaches and the keys but never got a reply.

Was good overall apart from those little things
Pros:

Was nice and big and was close to surface paradise and staff were very kind

Cons:

We hade no body wash in any of the showers, there was a knife under the bed with a drink bottle, and hair all behind the bathroom door

Appartment was ok but it was not clean at all.
Pros:

The rooms were good and nice kitchen

Cons:

The whole appartment was very very dirty. The floor of the bedroom were not cleaned properly. There was black things in the bathrooms and they did not feel very clean. The kitchen was not cleaned properly at all ( the water heater was not clean and the drawers had crumbs and dirt all over)
The worst was the dryer which had dust and fluff all inside of it.

Pros:

Convenience to everything. The place was peaceful and quiet with a great view of the city.

Cons:

Shower in the ensuite needed to be upgraded. The shower rose was broken and the drain wouldn't empty efficiently.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views
Pros:

I was very fortunate to get a room upgrade on the top floor with spectacular floor to ceiling views & a wide balcony.
Located close to Surfers with free secure parking is a bonus.
At check in - Jack was very welcoming & informative. Thanks for the upgrade & warm reception!

With some maintenance and cleaning, this would be a great apartment!!
Pros:

Central location was great. Apartment was spacious.

Cons:

In great need of maintenance, pest control and cleaning! Hot water issues in ensuite shower, dirty plates in cupboard, carpet pulling back in doorway of main bedroom exposing sharp spikes underneath, air conditioners smelt very musty, main bedroom window needs attention adjustment or a new seal to stop the howling from the wind, saw a few grown cockroaches and lots of freshly hatched babies!
