The size of the place. Aircon in all rooms.

Lack of view n privacy in my unit. Blinds have to be drawn in the rooms as the other blocks are closed by.

Cons:

It was filthy it hadn’t been cleaned all the privous people’s food was there and was moldy

Beds were unclean

Nearly all the facilities like the bbq and spa where broken

I am glad the management has changed, I will definitely be back
Pros:

The new manager Mr Chen is very helpful and obliging. The unit is much cleaner than what it used to be, the dish washer is no longer invested with cockroaches.

Cons:

Lack of privacy in our unit and the noise as it is not a full holiday let apartment block so the Management could not do much about noise from the other units. My unit master and living area is facing two other blocks. I had to have my room blinds drawn permanently, and as I was staying there for about 3 weeks, it is not ideal.

Clean, great location, great views from apartment we were in and very friendly and helpful reception staff
Pros:

Very close (within walking distance)to Cavill ave and all amenities such as beach, shopping and entertainment but still located in quiet area.

Cons:

We did have to unpack the dishwasher on arrival to find cutlery. This was a slight nuisance but still did t detract from overall experience.

Good location, but will never stay there again.
Pros:

Location is great, it's close to the center. But, not more than that.

Cons:

I was to arrive a bit late in the evening and I had notified the property well in advance, but got no communication back. I just reached there and called the office manager on the intercom. He was there and he did answer, but the first interaction was really shitty. The manager was rude to the extent of being on the border of a-hole. The apartment was decent. But the whole first experience and a couple of interactions afterwards left a bad memory of that place. I am never going back there.

I definitely liked the location and the views

Cons:

The cleanliness was terrible. Hairs on the floor, stained towels, dirty dishes. My socks got black after walking around the apartment. Housekeeping work should be improved.

Staff is so nice and friendly
Pros:

The staff are incredibly kind and warm, and Jack greeted us with a smile the moment we arrived, making us feel so welcome.

The room needs a deep clean.
