Pros:

The neighborhood is away from the more tourist areas and feels very local. There are plenty of restaurants and drink stalls around. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great. Air conditioning works well.

Cons:

The room is a bit small and the TV placement on the wall makes it a little hard to go from one side of the bed to the kitchen. It made me move slowly.
