Les deux piscines, une chambre familiale avec un espace parent et un espace enfant , la décoration est jolie les lits sont confortables et la douche est séparée des toilettes

La camera spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era buona. Non abbiamo usato la piscina ma sembrava bella. Alcuni membri dello staff sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto il tasso di cambio vnd-kip e ci è stata comunicata una cifra, che abbiamo accettato. Al momento effettivo di cambiare i contanti la cifra è stata cambiata. Infine è stato anche arrotondato per difetto quello che ci spettava. La differenza era di pochi dollari, tuttavia non è stata una bella esperienza

Friendly helpful staff, there are 2 pools (actually located nextdoor in the sister property) that you can use.

Well located nice charming hotel by the river
Pros:

It’s well located near restaurants and bars but not in the busiest area of town. Our room faced the river with a nice view. Breakfast was great and rooms spacious. All staff specially Bee were really friendly
They helped us booking the train and pickup to train station

Pros:

Good breakfast - Simple choices but satisfying start to the day. Great location, close to restaurants and other amenities. Helpful staff for booking onward travel or day trips. Two clean pools to choose from.

Pros:

I was upgraded to 2 bedroom suite with 2 balconies.It was an amazing stay,big room ,very good location near night market ,there is supermarket 5 minutes away.Nice and welcoming staff,really clean room

La porte et la porte fenêtre avait des ouvertures en bas donc les lézards pouvait rentrer mais à part ça, tout va bien !

Le personnel était très gentil et l’établissement bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement.

Cons:

La propreté des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer. Pour détailler un peu :

- beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre,
- sanitaires sales,
- sol sale,
- poussière visible,
- et à notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux sur la paroi de la douche.

La porte de la chambre se ferme avec un cadenas et laisse des ouvertures vers l’extérieur, ce qui fait que nous nous sommes retrouvées plusieurs fois avec des insectes dans la chambre, notamment des araignées.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous avons également été déçues. Il faut choisir un menu à la carte parmi quelques formules, sans possibilité de se servir soi-même. Aucun fruits n’étaient proposés et les jus n’étaient pas frais….

Belle chambre bien située!

Très bon emplacement, personnel sympa, nettoyage des chambres quotidien, confortable

Cons:

Notre climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas très bien et le petit déjeuner n’était pas à notre goût.
