Unbedingt ohrstöpsel/Oropax einpacken, denn die Isolierung nach außen ist mäßig und die Straße bis in die späten Nachtstunden laut und ab morgens beginnt dann das für Vietnam typische hupkonzert. Die Dusche ist über der Toilette angebracht. Nach dem duschen ist der komplette Boden nass.

La salle de douche ( obligé de passer dans l’escalier commun pour y aller) et la salle de douche étant très petite pas facile d’ emmener des vêtements sans qu’il soit mouillé.

La propreté, escaliers très exigus

Impossible de dormir !!! Du bruit et des cris jusqu’à 3h du matin passé. L’accès aux chambres se fait par le fond de la boutique où le passage fait 50-55cm à tout casser. Attention si vous avez des gros sacs ou valise ! La douche est au dessus du toilette et à 10 cm de la vasque de la salle de bain !
La propreté est à revoir également.
Les filles pour nous accueillir devaient gérer également les clients de la boutique : donc pas vraiment disponible. Nous sommes partis 1 jour avant (en ayant réglé tant pis!) car insupportable !
Je n’ai pas compris les commentaires positifs de l’établissement.
Bien peut être pour des jeunes qui cherchent à faire la fête au centre ville uniquement !

In case of fire you are trapped.

There are several drawbacks to be aware of. It can be quite noisy, especially on weekends. I personally treated it like white noise, but if you are a light sleeper it may be a real issue. My bathroom had the shower over the toilet, so when you shower the entire bathroom, including the toilet, gets completely wet every time. The bed sheets were also low quality and not very comfortable. Access in and out is through a gift shop, and while the people there are genuinely lovely, they are not accommodation staff, cannot help with booking or guest issues, and communication in English is limited - you must message the owners for anything important.

The most serious issue…and the reason for this strong warning; is the airport transfer service offered by the owners. Do not use it under any circumstances. I arranged a 9:00am airport pickup through the owners in advance and was told clearly a driver would be there and that I should pay the girls in the shop. When I came down at the arranged time, there was no driver. The shop staff had absolutely no idea about the booking. I showed them the messages…they still had no information and could not contact anyone. I repeatedly messaged the owner and received no reply at all while I was waiting. Meanwhile, the girl in the shop tried to help by arranging a Grab, but it was raining and cars were unavailable. I kept explaining that the transfer had been prearranged - still no driver, still no response from the owner. After 15 minutes I was getting worried. After 30 minutes I was stressed. After nearly 50 minutes of waiting with no communication, I finally managed to get a taxi - which caused me to arrive late for my flight and created major problems for my travel plans. Only one hour after the scheduled pickup time did the owner finally message me, saying he had cancelled the driver because the driver was running late and assumed I would just take a Grab based on something the shop staff supposedly said!

Σχετικά καλά ήταν,αλλά θέλει περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα, και η είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου ήταν μέσα από το κατάστημα ειδών δώρων και αυτό με άγχωσε εμένα προσωπικά επειδή δεν ήθελα να ξυπνήσω τον φύλακα για να μου ανοίξει την πόρτα😊

Alles sehr abgewohnt und verbraucht - es gibt kein eigenes Bad, man muss durch dieses enge Stiegenhaus eine Etage höher…
Im Bad gibt es keine eigene Dusche, der Duschkopf hängt praktisch über dem WC auf dem man sich dann letztlich abduschen muss.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und dunkel, sieht aus wie eine Abstellkammer
