Pros:

Que la habitación estaba limpia

Cons:

Que no hubiera agua caliente, me dieron el control equivocado del televisor y no podía encenderlo, no tenía buena gestión de mi llegada no encontraban donde ya había pagado por la aplicación, creí que al cambiar de control IVA a poder acceder en internet pero solo tenía como 20 canales de cable, también agregar así descripción que las habitaciones son con ventilador y no con clima

estuvo bien, pero sinceramente no me quedaria mas de una noche
Pros:

la atención del personal fue excelente.

Cons:

es una habitación muy sencilla. solo para dormir. la television ni siquiera puede cambiarse con el control, el wifi no funciona correctamente, la ropa de cama estaba dudosamente limpia.
