This is a beautiful little hotel, close to many restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and spacious and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and also very clean

Cons:

We had thought there was a hotel bar by the pool but it was never open. We did not love the sheet by sheet toilet roll dispenser!

Excellent would recommend
Pros:

Roof top pool is a welcome escape and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms with Kitchenette great and beds super comfortable. Near Oxxo so you can get basic food and drink needs met easily. Very responsive to any concerns.

Cons:

Loud chickens near back of property but out of control of the hotel.

Pros:

Lovely outdoor deck, very clean rooms, nice staff.

Cons:

Make sure to get a room facing the garden, as the street is super noisy.
There was no hot water for three days and there was no solution or discount offered. Other guests were told that hot water is an extra service. Facing the fact that we were staying eight nights, had already downsized our room (because of the street) without a payback it would have been nice to have been offered a compensation.
Kitchen was definitely not fully equipped (no proper knifes, no chopping board, no pots with a lid). There’s space for improvement here, especially in the smaller room.

Pros:

La piscine sur le toit formidable. Très bel endroit pour relaxer sur le toit. La chambre est grande.

Cons:

Le canapé lit que j'ai choisi était très dure et inconfortable pour dormir. Les oreillers sont toujours trop grosses

Pros:

Whe stayed in the double bed room, it was clean, well decorated and comfy. The roof top pool is really nice.

Pros:

Overall everything aas great. Clean, pool was wonderful. Nice to have a TV with streaming options. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

I wish the kitchen had a few essentials. Salt,pepper , sugar. Maybe coffee. Had to buy even for a short stay.

Pros:

La localisation, à 2 pas du centre mais légèrement à l'écart, la piscine sur le toit magnifique, c'était propre, le personnel à la réception super sympa et souriant, la chambre belle et bien équipée, un Oxxo à proximité

Cons:

Tout était bien mais peut-être un sèche cheveux ou un peu d'accessoires dans la douche (type crème corps) ça aurait été mieux. Y avait de la place pour ça: un petit étendoir à linge pliable aurait été super, s'il y en avait un.

Lo que necesitas para disfrutar un fin de semana en la playa y descansar
Pros:

La alberca, su vista, horario, temperatura y profundidad. La terraza muy cómoda y bonita. Está excelente para pasar un rato durante el día o al atardecer, una botana y disfrutar el sol y la alberca.
Las habitaciones están equipadas con lo esencial para cocinar: cubiertos, sartenes, vasos, tasas, platos.

Cons:

Agreguen una olla o pocito para calentar agua/caldos en la estufa.
Estaría bien un comedor pequeño en el interior de la habitación. Utilizamos las sillas del balcón y una mesa plegable que llevábamos.

Really loved our room and rooftop pool was excellent. Staff was very pleasant. Great boutique hotel, perfect location.

Very cute, clean, and comfortable

Cons:

Only negative was the shower drainage in room 209 was not good. Water pooled at feet. Door to shower didn’t close properly. Staff never cleaned toilet or shower once during our week long stay.

Our second time at Puerto Sayulita and not our last!
Pros:

Nice quiet room (108), hot water and good pressure in shower, very comfortable bed and bedding, etc. The pool is terrific. Your cleaning staff are excellent. Big shout-out to receptionist ABIGAIL who was very kind to us and went the extra mile!
