I loved this place!
Pros:

I feel like I couldn't have asked for a better landing spot for my first trip to Sayulita than the Hotel Puerto.  First of all it's literally right next door to the bus station so getting in and out of town couldn't be easier!

It's like a 4 minute walk on the main drag to el centro and the beach, so you're conveniently located without being in the middle of the bar noise.

The main beds are super cozy and all of your survival needs are only a block or two away... including the oXXo convenience store, a pizza place, pharmacy, the bank, hospital, and more!

The twin pull-out bed thingy seemed kind of hard but I only used it to put my stuff on.  The safe was small but functional and secure. 

The desk boys are there 24/7 to ensure that no shady characters get in and Jonathan went the extra mile to answer any questions I might have and make sure that I was happy with my room.

I absolutely loved the rooftop pool and since it was the slow season I pretty much had it to myself, especially when it was a little rainy.

The rooms come with A/C, your own personal wi-fi, a full size fridge, cooktop, and a nice TV. 

All in all, one of my favorite mid budget hotels that I've ever stayed in.  I'll be back! 😎

Cons:

The views from the rooms aren't particularly spectacular and the chickens that live across the river take their job of waking up the neighborhood bright and early VERY seriously, but that really didn't bother me.  Es Mexico!  🇲🇽

The only real bummer for me was that I left a luggage tag in the room and they texted me about it so I said I could come through town to pick it up on Friday and they said that would be great...  but then Friday came around and I went in and there was nobody at the desk so I stood there for 15 minutes in the heat and missed my bus to Punta Mita and then I finally texted the girl and she said "oh oops I have it in my possession in the next town over!"   Why wouldn't she just leave it at the desk if she wasn't going to be there on Friday when she said I could pick it up?

Buen lugar pero necesitas tapones para los oídos
Pros:

Instalaciones nuevas, cerca del centro y con estacionamiento. Buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Demasiado ruido por la noche. Perros, gallos, portazos del huésped de al lado. A las 8am empiezan a mover mobiliario de la alberca y parece que fuera en el mismo cuarto.

Séjour relaxant dans un hôtel bien situé et bien équipé.
Pros:

Bien situé, à quelques pas du centre. Belle piscine avec amplement d’espace et de chaises. Lits super confortables, chambre très propre. Personnel super attentif. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Cons:

Rien en particulier. Le wifi dans les chambres n’était pas 100% fiable mais ça fonctionnait la majorité du temps.

Great hotel! A+
Pros:

Very Clean, AC, Hot water and the staff was great! We stayed in room 108 which on the inside of the hotel so we didn’t hear any outside noise. The pool and terrace area was really nice and clean as well. Its a walking distance from the center. We would stay here again!

Cons:

More of a cautions statement, the ramp to the parking is steep so on the way out you need to watch for people crossing. Other than that no negatives.

La limpieza, el trato recibido y que tuve la posibilidad de hacer check in anticipado.

Cons:

Que hubo vecinos DEMASIADO molestos y ruidosos, y mucho muy exagerados en su comportamiento y actitud en los pasillos del hotel, al parecer nadie les dijo nada ya que ambos dias fue similar.
