Séjour relaxant dans un hôtel bien situé et bien équipé.
Pros:

Bien situé, à quelques pas du centre. Belle piscine avec amplement d’espace et de chaises. Lits super confortables, chambre très propre. Personnel super attentif. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Cons:

Rien en particulier. Le wifi dans les chambres n’était pas 100% fiable mais ça fonctionnait la majorité du temps.

Pros:

Very Clean, AC, Hot water and the staff was great! We stayed in room 108 which on the inside of the hotel so we didn’t hear any outside noise. The pool and terrace area was really nice and clean as well. Its a walking distance from the center. We would stay here again!

Cons:

More of a cautions statement, the ramp to the parking is steep so on the way out you need to watch for people crossing. Other than that no negatives.

La limpieza, el trato recibido y que tuve la posibilidad de hacer check in anticipado.

Cons:

Que hubo vecinos DEMASIADO molestos y ruidosos, y mucho muy exagerados en su comportamiento y actitud en los pasillos del hotel, al parecer nadie les dijo nada ya que ambos dias fue similar.

Pros:

Great rooftop pool, and the room was great with sweet ac. We'll looked after and very clean.

Fantastic stay! Safe, clean and very comfy.
Pros:

Loved the roof top pool and the large room with balcony. Very clean and comfy. Perfect walking distance into the centre of Sayulita.

Cons:

Some building work across the road, but wasnt too bad.

This is a beautiful little hotel, close to many restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and spacious and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and also very clean

Cons:

We had thought there was a hotel bar by the pool but it was never open. We did not love the sheet by sheet toilet roll dispenser!

Pros:

Lovely outdoor deck, very clean rooms, nice staff.

Cons:

Make sure to get a room facing the garden, as the street is super noisy.
There was no hot water for three days and there was no solution or discount offered. Other guests were told that hot water is an extra service. Facing the fact that we were staying eight nights, had already downsized our room (because of the street) without a payback it would have been nice to have been offered a compensation.
Kitchen was definitely not fully equipped (no proper knifes, no chopping board, no pots with a lid). There’s space for improvement here, especially in the smaller room.

Excellent would recommend
Pros:

Roof top pool is a welcome escape and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms with Kitchenette great and beds super comfortable. Near Oxxo so you can get basic food and drink needs met easily. Very responsive to any concerns.

Cons:

Loud chickens near back of property but out of control of the hotel.
