Perfect
Pros:

L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait pour explorer la Riviera albanaise, Gjirokastër et ses environs. Les chambres sont impeccables (ménage fait quotidiennement), la literie est très confortable et la douche est top. Et que dire de la vue... c'est magique !

Côté cuisine, nous nous sommes régalés, que ce soit au petit-déjeuner ou au dîner. Tout était délicieux.

Un immense merci à Erind et à toute l’équipe qui ont été adorables. Leurs conseils précieux et les moments de vie partagés ensemble ont rendu notre séjour unique. Nous reviendrons, c’est une évidence !

Eher enttäuschend
Pros:

- Die Lage ist gut. Etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum und daher eher ruhige Umgebung. Zu Fuss ist man in etwa 15 Minuten im Zentrum.
- Checkin und Checkout war einigermassen unkompliziert. Auch wenn eine Rezeptionistin noch nachprüfen ging, ob wir wirklich nichts aus der Minibar konsumiert haben.
- Die Angestellten im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

- Es gibt einen neuen und einen alten Teil. Der alte Teil ist alles andere als auf 4-Sterne-Niveau. Die Ausstattung ist ok, aber relativ in die Jahre gekommen. Die Räume sind sehr ringhörig. Man hört die Gäste aus dem Treppenhaus, als gäbe es keine Türen. Der Zimmerservice macht genau das Nötigste.
- Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, aber wir haben in anderen Hotels in Albanien besser gegessen.
- Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht wirklich. Hotel profitiert vom touristischen Boom in Saranda und kann sich höhere Preise leisten. Auf dem Land waren wir in schöneren und günstigeren Hotels.
- Das Hotel hat einen Privatstrand, an dem man als Gast 15 Euro pro Tag zahlen muss. Gehen Sie aber keinesfalls zu den Doppelliegen, da zahlt man 50 Euro (!!) pro Tag. Und niemand sagt ihnen das. Reine Abzocke.

Notre séjour a été super, le personnel est génial, au petit soin. Merci.

Nous avons adoré le personnel, très sympathique et bienveillant. Un bon point également pour le petit déjeuner bien gourmand.

Cons:

Nos voisins de chambre étaient bruyant et cela nous a dérangé.

La miglior esperienza della mia vita.
Insieme alle mie amiche abbiamo scelto Apollon Hotel per passare le nostre vacanze e per festeggiare il mio compleanno.
Hotel nuovo, molto accogliente e moderno. Colazione ottima con una varia scelta di prodotti albanesi ed europei.
Staff meraviglioso. Con fermezza posso dire che sia stato uno dei staff più ospitali che noi abbiamo mai incontrato nella nostra vita. Partendo da Martina, la receptionist, molto professionale e allo stesso tempo molto amichevole. Erind, il cameriere più divertente, abbiamo subito instaurato un rapporto di amicizia. Jona, ragazza speciale e sempre sorridente. I ragazzi del beach bar, Marius e Mario sempre pronti a servirci con sorriso e professionalità. Oltre a loro, anche tutti gli altri dipendenti ci hanno fatto sentire a CASA.
Spiaggia bellissima, acqua spettacolare.
Il cibo molto buono.
Consiglio assolutamente sia per i gruppi di amici che per le coppie o famiglie. È un albergo adatto a chiunque, soprattutto per chi vuole sentirti a casa.
Ritorneremo sicuramente. Vi ringraziamo di tutto. A presto famiglia.

Pros:

Les serveurs du restaurant sont exceptionnels. Ce sont des garçons très professionnels, qui savent mettre à l’aise et très gentille et sympathique . Mention spéciale pour Eli, Elsi et Erind. Merci.
