Peut-être isoler un peu le lit 1 place pour l'intimité parents-enfants.
Ajouter des équipements, un étendoir sur le balcon, mettre le bon nombre de chaises sur le balcon en fonction du nombre de personnes, des patères dans la chambre et améliorer la salle de bains.

We could not complete our stay here, because of the smell of the room, so we had to find another hotel to sleep over.
Booking.com doesn’t process the payment, you have to pay directly to the hotel and they have an extra charge for card payments that you don’t know about in advance.
In the restaurant the smell was as bad as in the room.
We were supposed to stay in a room with jacuzzi and sea view. From the balcony you could scarcely see the sea but you could definitely see everything in the apartment building next to you.
The stuff wasn’t concerned why we are checking out at 1 am but they were worried about mini bar consumption.

La mattina non si trovavano quasi mai i cornetti, assumerei almeno una persona a reparto che sappia parlare anche in italiano.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience, and based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The customer service was one of the biggest problems. The staff at the reception and customer service were often rude, unfriendly, and not particularly interested in helping guests. Instead of feeling welcomed and taken care of, we often felt like we were bothering the staff whenever we had a question or raised a concern. For a hotel that presents itself as a quality holiday destination, the level of service was far below what we expected.


The reception staff did not even greet guests and seemed far more interested in watching YouTube music videos than providing customer service. In particular, the two women wearing glasses seriously need to consider finding a different line of work, because customer service clearly does not seem to be suitable for them. Their attitude was unwelcoming and completely unprofessional.



The breakfast was another disappointment. There was nothing particularly impressive about it, and the selection and overall quality did not match what we expected from the hotel. It felt very basic, and there was little that made breakfast feel like a pleasant part of the stay.


Another major issue was the so-called “private beach.” This was one of the things that attracted us to the hotel in the first place, because the hotel repeatedly promotes its private beach. However, in reality, it did not feel private at all. The beach was crowded with guests from other hotels as well as people who were apparently coming from elsewhere. This made the description of it as a “private beach” very misleading. If you are booking this hotel specifically because you expect a quiet and exclusive private beach, you should definitely lower your expectations.


We also paid for the most expensive netted canopy sunbeds on the “private beach” for several days.

La chambre qui donne sur la rue, le fair de payer pour des transats sur une plage publique, la taille de la chambre.

בחדר שלנו לא היה סבון גוף ושמפו, וסבון הידיים אזל מהר. אין טלפון בחדר לקבלה, ובמהלך הלילה המזגן שלנו התחיל לטפטף על הרצפה ולא יכולנו להתקשר לצוות. גם המקלחת צריכה שיפוץ או לפחות ניקוי יסודי, ולחץ המים נמוך מאוד, מה שמקשה על מקלחת יסודית. לא היו לנו מים חמים, ואם היו לנו לכמה רגעים, הם אזלו מהר. ארוחת הבוקר די בסיסית, בלי תוויות על הגבינות, בלי לחמניות, וקפה בכד זכוכית שלא היה חם. לסיכום, מלון בינוני מאוד. לא נהנינו ממנו בכלל. ממול, בדקו ביקורות על מלונות אחרים באזור.
