Never again. How this is rated as a 5 star hotel is beyond me.
Pros:

Like - The room size
Dislike- No extras in the bathroom
Brown stains on the towels
No bedside table on one side of the double bed
Shower door missing
No extra pillows
No robes or slippers
Mold on the grout in the bathroom
Air-conditioning not working very well. Possibly due to the fact that it had been turned off and it is only attached to a fan. You have to stand on the bed to turn it on.
No napkins in dining room
No salt and pepper
No toilets near the breakfast area
No tea or coffee available in the room
No shuttle service as stated in description. We had to pay for a taxi.
No mini bar

Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport and with the taxi apps you can go anywhere around Bangkok for a small price.

Cons:

There is not much on walking distance. But we haven't search good also. On the other hand, there is a small shop in front and there is breakfast available at the hotel.
