The hotel is good but the approach to it is very bad
The hotel's ambiance was truly uplifting, with spacious rooms and well-appointed washrooms. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering an impressive breakfast spread. The entire hotel staff starting from the reception were very courteous and welcoming. All in all I felt at home staying here for the 3rd time this year.

Our 2 nights Stay at HG was extremely good their rooms are really top notch right from Deluxe rooms and well furnished to give a premium service at a reasonable price. Staffs were very polite and cooperative. Food quality as well as quantity was awesome 💯. Only one thing is the room size was bit small but sufficient for us and Even though we had all our meals from in house menu one thing we felt was Menu should have more choices veg and nonveg section just a humble suggestion. All in all We had Comfortable and Memorable stay in HG. Would definitely return in future trips to Guwahati and also recommend to our friends and family. Thank you keep it up 👍🏻
The staff seemed ,rude arrogant & negative ,giving looks ,trying to be over smart ,
They should properly speak to guests and know their limits , and be thorough professionals with genuine smiles and not fake !!
Room allocation also given on a lower floor ,inspite of the hotel being almost empty
As mentioned above ,even the service was slow and pathetic ,food also not up to the mark.quality and quantity

The overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasing. The Capsule lift was a clincher. The Delux room was pretty good, clean as per contemporary standards with the Bathroom fitted with all modern equipment and toiletries. The highlight was the Rooftop breakfast area overlooking mountains all around. The staff was courteous and helpful. All in all a satisfactory stay..
The stay was super comfortable. Well maintained hotel, good food, well behaved staff.
Only one complaint is that there was a drainage smell in our room for that staff was called to spray room freshener.
The rooftop restaurant is very nice. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice large window view.
The restaurant prices are quite high. The hotel is located on a very busy road, so the traffic noise is constant and loud.
