Nous avons passé un agréable et confortable séjour à l'Imperial Heritage à Lonavala. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et le personnel est serviable. C'est une bonne option à Lonavala pour un court week-end. Il y a un grand espace ouvert pour des activités de plein air en famille et entre amis. Vous pouvez vous amuser.

Location is very good, Heritage Homes with very much spacious rooms with Balcony Very good for a Traditional Village Life Experience. Simple living.Good for a Nani ke Ghar wala Feeling . Too much space for parking. Spacious

Cons:

There is no AC in the rooms. Anyways not required in rainy or winter season due to low temperature. But in Summer it's needed.. Rooms. Need Interior works and painting. No Room Service

The whole complex is huge and has a touch of heritage to it. The staff is friendly :)

The walls of the rooms have had water leakage in the past and feel damp. The exterior of the buildings is fairly under-maintained.

Pros:

Location is good, rooms were big, and the surroundings were natural.

Cons:

Cleanliness was very poor, shabby/broken toilet, mosquito issue, spider and cobwebs, overall hygiene was not good, service was not up to mark, a half-century-old and poorly maintained structure.
