un residence con diversi appartamenti.
Quelli che ho visto io tutti al pianterreno, dotati ognuno del proprio ingresso privato, posti auto, numerati per ciascun appartamento e dentro residence.
il mio appartamento ( contenuto nelle dimensioni, ma più che sufficiente per me che viaggiavo da solo) era dotato dei comfort indispensabili.
La lavanderia e il punto stiro sono esterni all'appartamento e in comune con gli altri ma perfettamente funzionali ed efficienti e anche molto economici.
Io ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro, ma ho potuto comunque apprezzare la vicinanza del mare a pochi minuti a piedi giusto in fondo alla via.

Cons:

Da climatizzazione è centralizzata e quindi potrebbe non corrispondere agli orari in cui ne hai più bisogno. comunque valida e sufficiente
