Great Stay
Pros:

The location, overall quality and communication around the apartment was great.

Stayed here with my mum who is in a wheelchair bound to an electric scooter and the lift was perfect for that.

Cons:

Only dislike was the two single beds were a little uncomfortable.

Great property, spacious and in a fantastic location!!
Pros:

Great location. Responsive host - we didn't need much, but were appreciative of them. Tons of space - a great find in a great location!! Other reviews complained about construction noise. We experienced no noise.

Cons:

Coming from US, we appreciate competent Air Conditioning. It was a very hot few days when we were in Munich. We know A/C is not the same in Europe, but that would be our only "dislike"... the positioning of the building did not allow for much air flow to come through all rooms.

Would definitely recommend. Great location and spacious apartment with a very responsive and helpful host.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the apartment spacious. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Given the hot weather there were fans and portable air conditioners provided which was great.

Cons:

Kitchen equipment is a little sparse and one toilet seat was broken and not clean which was likely just a cleaning error. The apartment did have a slight musting smell but nothing too bad.

Great location, thoughtful and professional host, would highly recommend this apartment.
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the centre of the old city, however exceptionally quiet. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the washing machine was a plus, and because of the heat wave the host had kindly installed an air conditioner and had the apartment cool on our arrival. The host was amazing, answered every inquiry immediately and provided excellent local advice on everything.

Cons:

The only thing we could complain about is that there were no forks in the kitchen,

Pros:

It was so close to everything, the owner of the apartment was exceptional he was so nice and helpful with anything-. The apartment was huge and nice for a family of 4. 9/10 would recommend and stay again

Thw construction was tough. Will be awesome when that is gone

We had a wonderful stay and experience in Munich!
Pros:

The location was perfect for access to food, subway/train station, and the main plaza with the Glockenspiel! We especially liked how clean the apartment was and being able to use the washer and dryer!

Cons:

Some of the pillows were too hard for us, but there were some soft ones to use. We would have liked to use a wash cloth and hand towels but we found these easily in a store nearby.
