Pros:

Super Lage in der Innenstadt, neue Betten und neues Sofa.

Cons:

Aktuell zeigen alle Fenster der Wohnung zu einer großen Baustelle, sodass es wochentags morgens sehr laut ist. Generell könnten die Bäder und die Küche etwas sauberer sein.

Apartmanın bütün camlarının önünden başlayan dev bir restorasyon inşaatı vardı. En az 1 yıl sürecek büyüklükte bir inşaat. Her sabah 6da uyandık inşaat sesinden. Dört gün boyunca uykusuzlukla mücadele ettik. Dairenin sokağı bile kapalıyd inşaattan. Tesisin sahipleri attığımız mesajlara cevap vermedi.
Kahve makinesi bozuktu defalarca söyledik.

Квартира огромная, удобная внутри и удобно расположена в центре и рядом с общественным транспортом.

Здравствуйте.
На кухне не хватает большого ножа для резки овощей, хлеба, мяса.
Необходимо добавить полотенца для лица. Желательно и для ног. Так как были полотенца только для вытирания тела. Т.е. 1 полотенце на человека.
В ванной не хватает крючков для лицевого полотенца у раковины и полотенца для вытирания в душевой либо рядом с ним.
Базовые продукты, такие как соль, перец, возможно сахар.

Next time we visit Munich, we’d like to stay here again.
Pros:

Even though we were later than expected our host gave us a very warm welcome and very accommodating. It was hot outside but they had it nice and cool inside with the air conditioning running.
The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The showers were nice. Beds were comfortable. There was a very clean washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well. The location is perfect. I felt so smart for staying here. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Munich. The kids even asked me to say something extra nice about our stay because they liked it so much. Our host did a great job!

Идеальное расположение между Хауптбанхоф и Мариен Платц! Вы в центре всех событий, всё в шаговой доступности и при этом очень тихо в квартире! Владелец всегда был на связи, передал ключи при личной встрече и был очень доброжелательным! Квартира идеально чистая, очень уютная и тёплая! Большой красивый, светлый и безупречно чистый ковёр на полу, большой телевизор с Netflix , удобная кровать, просторная ванная комната, в которой очень приятно пахнет, отличный душ, туалет с гигиеническим душем, стиральная машина и много порошка для неё! Если вы любите много готовить, то имейте ввиду, что здесь мини кухня и мало всего для готовки, но нам этого было достаточно. Есть кофемашина и капсулы к ней. Две банки пива, как приветствие! В доме есть лифт. Всё было прекрасно, мы бы с удовольствием вернулись сюда!

Monaco affascinante, location comodissima per visitarla il lungo e in largo...
Pros:

La posizione vicinissima al centro, la sala e la cucina super ampie.
In cucina erano presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici.
TV con Netflix per cui i ragazzi sono riusciti a vedere dei filmetti di sera.
Essendo inverno abbiamo sfruttato molto la casa anche per delle pause e la posizione era top.

Cons:

La cucina poco accessoriata per cucinare e fare una cena di famiglia, non tanto per scaldare cose già pronte.
Le stoviglie erano contate per 4 persone.
