Nichts, hatte aber wirklich ein gutes Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Balkon hinten raus.

В целом отель произвел хорошее впечатление. Номер был небольшой.Было холодно, тк ночью температура на улице опускалась до10-12 градусов. В номере есть сейф. Очень приятный молодой человек на ресепшен. Решал все наши вопросы: покупка тура, билетов на поезд, трансфер до ж/д вокзала. Вкусные завтраки (из нескольких вариантов выбираешь один). Особенно понравился теплый багет с маслом))
Окна номера выходили на частный дом, а там жили собаки, которые изредка очень громко лаяли ночью и будили нас. Цена за номер, на мой взгляд, завышена.

Gute Lage, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zimmer ordentlich. Organisation von Transfer und Roller hat sehr gut geklappt.
Tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer, das Bett etwas hart, ansonsten hat es alles was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke
Die Grillen in der Nacht.. Mit etwas Musik konnte ich dann trotzdem schlafen.

Nous avons été malmené par un responsable méprisant, impitoyable et imbu de sa personne... dès notre arrivée il a voulu que l'on paie les nuitées sans avoir vu la chambre. Nous ne pouvions pas car nous devions d'abord échanger de l'argent, il s'est mis en colère et nous a crié dessus, il a voulu que nous annulions la réservation. Impossible de communiquer avec cette personne qui n'a rien de commun avec les gentils laotiens que nous avons rencontrés durant tout notre voyage. Nous avons payé les deux nuitées mais sommes partis le lendemain sans regret, d'autant plus que la chambre donne sur une cours sans intérêt et bruyante

In de straat een leuke koffie tent van een aantal jonge gasten die erg hun best deden.
Het balkon was heerlijk om in de avond te zitten en het bed was ook prima.
In eerste instantie kregen wij een kamer die verstopt zat in een hoek en erg donker was en ook rook naar schimmel. Schijnbaar was dit de kamer die wij hadden geboekt, maar dan klopten de foto's niet. Voor 5 dollar per nacht extra hebben wij een andere kamer genomen en die was dus prima!

All good 10/10. Booked room with balcony.. Received as promised. Big room, spotless, clean. Bathroom had hot water, good shower with shampoo and shower gel. Good wifi. Booked with breakfast. Good choice and comes with drink and fruit. Safe, secure and quiet. Staff excellent . Cleaned room and provided fresh towerl every day. Would recommend.
The front desk man is very kind and helpful. Breakfast included was good. the room was standard and clean and you can tell they look after the place. Great location very near the night market etc! Stay here

The front-desk staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good and has something for everyone. The room is aesthetically appealing, bright and spacious. The location is central, with nearby ATMs and Street food vendors.
This hotel is actually named "Le Khounsok Sunset" not "Villa Khounsok Sunset" as listed in booking.com. So, the ride-hailing apps couldn't find "Villa Khounsok Sunset". This made it more difficult to get to the hotel.
Cleaning-staff never changed out the bedsheets during my several-nights stay, and didn't restock the toothpaste/soap, either. This isn't great for those who stay longer at the hotel.
Mosquitoes were in the room.
