superb location and friendly staff
Pros:

location is exceptional; i loved working in the bay window and watching the tide come in and out. also on waking up, i could hear the water below the window. I can't imagine having such a room at such a reasonable rate anywhere else

Had a great *Sunny* weekend and will definitely be returning
Pros:

Staff upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival which was brilliant.
Beds were Comfortable.
Shower was nice and hot
Tea & Coffee facilities are available along with drinking glasses.
The tea/coffee/sugar/milk are replenished daily and if you need extra you can just ask at the bar.

Cons:

Only downside were the stairs to the room. The last staircase was quite narrow but as we had stayed here previously we knew what to expect.

Over all very comfortable
Pros:

Everyone seemed friendly and help was given very readily with my luggage. I slept very well and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped and getting in and out of the bath a little difficult.

curtains sun faded and dated. pictures on the walls faded and hard to see images.

Period hotel with period features, please dont lose the charm but also move with the times. Covid stickers look like the newest features.

the location of the britannia harbour hotel is exceptional, right in the centre, on the flat and it pays to have a sea facing room. Wonderful to be able to hear the water as working and then falling asleep

Pros:

Breakfast was value for money .Staff friendly.

Cons:

Room 34 shower room was step up to get in so need to be careful coming out also toilet very close to sink
Anyone with disability or larger dimensions could have problems.
