While there were some positive aspects of our stay — notably the good room service and well-maintained rooms.

Cons:

we unfortunately had a negative experience with the food provided by the hotel. The food served to us was of very poor quality and appeared to be spoiled, raising serious concerns about potential health risks. We were worried about the possibility of falling ill after consuming it.

We immediately brought this to the hotel's attention, and to their credit, they acknowledged the issue and replaced the food. However, the initial experience was quite disappointing and distressing.

I wanted to inform you of this situation as it may be important when reviewing the hotel's listing and ensuring quality standards are upheld for future guests.

I was given room in another hotel. There was no electricity, no AC, no services, not even water present there. I booked for 2 double bed room and they gave me single room. They took full money.
