Ideal location for a short getaway or business trip!!
Pros:

The close proximity of the hotel and the mall.

Cons:

1st - Sleepless night on the 2nd night from 10 pm all the way to 2.30 am bcos the guests who were staying above me was extremely noisy as i assume they had kids with them - they were running/stomping around knocking on the floors non-stop. Had to call for security to address the issues.
2nd - Extremely rude and unfriendly group of valets. I think they chose on how to greet or address those requiring for a valet depending on the car models you are driving.
3rd - the mirrors in the room are very moldy at the bottom portion.

Breakfast was really poor choice and for the premium price for room this was not acceptable and saw a baby cockroach in the room,
It’s not a big concern for me but
For the high price charged this is not acceptable …
Been told it’s a smart tv but I don’t see any of that function

Pros:

Efficient check in/out. Shout out to Najib for the warm welcome and very kind to my kids.
The staff at the breakfast buffet are also very efficient. I had one of the best teh tarik here.

Pleasant
Pros:

Room spacious and clean room, Good King size bed. Location is very good; hotel is attached to IOI City Mall.

Cons:

Lift had unpleasant smell, the buttons are faulty gets turn off and stop at random level. Even though I have registered my car number at the counter, I always have difficulty exiting the carpark. Room door is out of alignment, difficulty in opening and closing the door.
