Was a great stay with friendly staff and clean rooms. Club lounge totally not worth the extra cost

Cleanliness of the room, Staff were great and location for the mall

Cons:

Club lounge food selection was very limited and we were a little underwhelmed.
The bath in the room was extremely slippery and having a very wide side made getting in and out very difficult, whats was meant to be relaxing was not!

Staycation in IOI Mall
Pros:

Friendly and courteous staff. The family room ie 1 king bed and 1 twin single bed was spacious enough for my family of 3. Easy parking beneath the hotel. Very clean room and public toilets within the hotel

Cons:

The pillow case or the pillow have a distinctive smell which was unpleasant for me at first but within minutes I dozed off due to the plushy pillow and comfortable bed

Pros:

Thanks to Yunos Bachik helping me with my membership and also checking me in soonest. The room was spacious, comfy, clean, its to die for and i certainly would repeat again despite i live just a few kilometres away, a good gateway for me and partner to have little me time.
