Pros:

Our short holiday did not start great. As we landed in KLIA, I received an email from Le Meridien to say that they could not accommodate our reservation due to unexpected high occupancy situation. This is despite having exchanged emails with Le Meridien with regards to free shuttle arrangements etc up until the day before our flight - no mentioned of our reservations cancelled. They then, have arranged an alternative accommodation at the sister property for one night. When reached to alternative hotel, check-in was not as smooth as expected as there was miscommunication between the two hotels regarding this new rearrangement. Upon check-out the next day, we were told to settle the bill at Le Meridien and that our Family Room ready. When reached to Le Meridien, it was brought to our attention that our room was still not available for that day until the next day. With much frustration of being tossed around between hotels and traveling with two young kids, we spoke with Front Office Manger Mr Yusri Bacho. He explained the current situation and apologized for the technical overbooking situation (Booking.com with Hotel). He dealt with the matter professionally. At the end, he had arranged us with the only upgraded room available for the rest of our stay. What started off as a stressful holiday, ended up being put in a nice room (beyond our expectations) for the rest of our stay. Thank you Mr Yusri Bacho for ensuring our family had a welcoming first stay in Putrajaya despite the initial inconvenience caused.

A room with a view of the golf course and hotel provided an exceptional breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The convenient of the hotel what lure us to stay here. The hotel is linked to the mall, which makes shopping conveniently accessible.

The staff member with the very unique name Mahifizzuddin was exceptionally welcoming upon check-in.

I appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar for guests. That was definitely a nice touch.

Breakfast was exceptional with a team of competent staff working together to meet each diner's needs. I accidentally dropped my cutlery, and a waiter rushed to replace them. It was a buffet service, but a staff even helped bringing drinks you needed, which was helpful since the buffet area was quite spread out.

Cons:

I requested a room on a higher floor with an excellent view, and they accommodated my request perfectly. Sadly, the room wasn't sufficiently aired, which left it with a musty odor. Given that we stayed just one night, requesting a room change turned inconvenient since we were already exhausted from a long day.

The allocated room was spacious for three adults, but the included amenities were insufficient for three of us. Fortunately, the service desk handled what we needed promptly.

Cons:

What I liked most about the hotel was its peaceful and quiet atmosphere, its direct connection to IOI City Mall, the excellent lounge access, and the outstanding breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.
Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I would happily return again.
