Great value for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Choose 1 out of 5 choices. TV has netflix and it's free. Bed is good. Location really good in the middle of the Malioboro centre, but it's quite at the hotel so we can sleep well.

Cons:

The key is manual and only 1 key. The bathroom is a wet bathroom although it has a shower. There is no cabinet or mirror in the bathroom so no place to put toothbrush, etc. The AC is not very cold.

Pros:

Good position, very central and close to the main train station. The staff doesn't speak English that well, but they are friendly and try to help out.

Cons:

Dirty. The sheets had visible stains. No sink in the bathroom. Breakfast is served in the room, however we were 2 and he had only one little table and one chair.

The location is near to main town, the cleanliness is perfect and the facilities is awesome. Recommended to any traveler who search the place near to Malioboro.

Cons:

Room was by the entrance so bit noisy with other clients passing-by. Also, it would be great to have some information in English about public transport to get to the temples, for example. Although the staff is always very willing to help.
