Used to be my Bangkok go-to- but doubt I’ll be back
Pros:

Good location. Reliably clean. Free drinking water.

Cons:

Staff were not so friendly and helpful this time. They didn’t have Tuktuk for us to use - and when they did, they didn’t have it at times we could use it. They won’t give out an extra blanket or pillow.

Reception staff is very helpful.
Tuk Tuk free service (within 3 km radius of the hotel) is very appreciated (to go to the MRT station for example)

Pros:

The view was nice, it was pretty close to everything without feeling too crowded or touristy. The staff were nice.

Cons:

The beds were rock solid, I did some research and found out it can be quite common. Otherwise no complaints.
