また行ってみたい！知人や家族にもお勧めします。
Pros:

チェックイン時のドアマン（タイの方）の対応がとても暖かく良い印象を受けて、このホテルはいい感じだと思いました。その他、他のスタッフの方々皆さんにとても良い対応をして頂きました。大浴場、食事も大満足でした。

Cons:

特にはありませんが、車で行きましたがホテルの入り口が分かりにくて少し迷いましたが、次は大丈夫です。

Pros:

部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。ブッフェの料理も美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良かった。中庭が広くていい。桜の季節ならとても綺麗かも。

Cons:

土産物屋がないので、こまった。わざわざ道路挟んで向かいのユネッサンに行かないといけない。チェックインがピッタリ15時からしかできない。前もって整理券をとらないといけないことをしらなかったので、だいぶ待たされた。

Ilus, alles renoveeritud hotell väga looduskaunis kohas.
Tuba oli hubane, söök külluslik ja maitsev.

Pros:

Aulatilat siistit ja onsen kylpylä erinomainen hyvillä näkymillä. Helppo liikkua Hakonessa, kun sijainti bussireitin varrella. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen verraten Japanin moneen huoneeseen.

Cons:

Lapsiperheiden suosiossa joten hulinaa riittää erityisesti viikinloppuisin, tuli näin pariskuntana yllätyksenä. Buffet tyylinen ravintola oli yhtä kaaosta niin aamupalalla kuin illallisellakin. Ehdotuksena pidentäkää ruokailuaikaa jotta täynnä olleen hotellin asiakasmäärä jakautuisi pidemmälle jaksolle.

Muito aquém das minhas expectativas.
Pros:

De verdade não gostei de nada.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno
Café da manhã e jantar estilo bandejão, nos que ficamos no segundo horário já encontrávamos a comida já remexida.
Acho que não é um hotel 4 estrelas, no máximo 3 estrelas.

저녁 식사 비용을 하프보드로 1인당 6000엔을 내고 식사했습니다. 비용 대비하여 매우 별로였어요. 스테이크로 3-4점식 나오는 소고기는 너무 질기고 전반적으로 안좋았습니다. 몇년전에 료칸에서 숙박하며 모리노유 온천하며 저와 하프보드를 같이 드셨던 부모님이 ”이전보다 저녁 식사가 차이가 많이 난다“는 의견을 주셨어요. 다음에 가도 저녁 식사는 외부에서 할거 같아요. 오히려 디너보다는 조식이 좋습니다..

The location
The friendly staff - thank you for your nice / handwritten card for our honeymoon! Very thoughtful touch :)
The dinner - even though it is Japanese style, it had some many options - very good in quality - very tasteful. We loved it!
The private onsen ❤️

Cons:

Breakfast was Japanese style. We would have loved to have some western options or just plain bread, boiled eggs.
