Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Parking was close. Price was right. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Our room was already booked and after riding the elevator up and down several times they finally figured it out and gave us a new room

Pros:

Not much. Bed was coomfy that was about it. Room an hotel seems very outdated.

Cons:

Pool was closed. Air conditioning barely got cold was hot all night sleeping with no blankets. There was constant hammering all morning that woke me up mid sleep and would not let me fall back asleep. To make matters even worse when we went to leave the elevators were not working. We had to descend the stairs from the 11th floor with all of our belongings.... and they charge 20$ a night for a creepy very large parking lot. Would never stay again.

This was an extremely horrific day and absolute waste of my money. It’s unfortunate that customers are sent here.
Pros:

Nothing. Upon arrival, elevators were out of service. Had to track it up six floors with all my stuff. I got to the room immediately had to kill multiple moths, there was no fridge in the AC was not working. On top of that there was food left from the previous guest all over the little coffee table in the room.

Cons:

Everything. There is nothing to like about this hotel from the rooms, not being clean, to the facilities being unmaintained and or not in service to the lack of care for the inconvenience.

I would not be returning.
Pros:

When I booked my reservation it stated the pool would be available a day before I received an email stating the pool would not be available. The room was ok very basic. The elevators took so long. For the amount of money paid we weren’t even offered a free breakfast.

Cons:

I would not be returning.

Was able to get the rest and relax beautiful views I will book again
Pros:

The location is great, the breakfast presentation was beautiful, very quiet was able to get good sleep , the hot tub in the room was lovely I enjoyed and will book again.

Cons:

The pool was out of service , and the breakfast is not complimentary.
