Nice location, could improve facilities
Pros:

Nice big room, beautiful decoration, great location in historic Coyoacan

Cons:

Terrible unstable wi-fi, lack of water pressure in the bathroom facilities, lack of electricity plugs to use the ventilator, needed to have open windows and that led to a lot of.moskitos overnight.

Beautiful house with a great location
Pros:

The house is just like in the photos. I had a family room as that was the only room available when I booked. The furniture was basic but it looked good, it was decorated with good taste and it was cozy. The house is close to the Coyoacán main park and at a walking distance from the market and the Frida Kahlo museum. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 min walk

Getaway in the middle of buzzling Coyoacán
Pros:

Location in walking distance to Restaurants, Shops, market Coyoacan and Frida Kahlo Museum

Attention by Ivan and Luis was Great , they Even have us a Mezcal tasting and Tipps for our stay.
Bonus : Filtered Water , Coffee and tea for the guests.

What we also loved was the tasteful minimalist decoration

Will definitely come back!

Good location but not really boutique
Pros:

Location, close to the main Coyocan square and the museum of Frida Kahlo.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean, the walls were covered with spiders which were definitely there a long time. Also, the description does not match the actual reality. This was a room in a house with a communal area and not a suite. This was not a suite in any way!

Lovely stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect in Coyoacan, very safe area. The place is very secure and looks homey. Beds are super comfortable too. Loved staying here!

I couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay for this part of my Mexico City visit.
Pros:

Location was a short walk to the city center and a slightly longer walk to the Frida Kahlo house. I thought the house/hotel was beautiful simple and clean, but nicely done with lovely Mexican colors (sort of adobe color) and design.

Cons:

I loved everything.
