Pros:

Уже 2-й раз останавливаемся в этом отеле в номере с окном, удобное расположение в тихом районе рядом с большим зелёным парком, храмами, станцией метро, кафешками и кинотеатром. Приятный персонал, отзывчивый и заботливый хозяин Гурвиндер. Нет проблем с горячей водой, в нашем номере был большой бойлер. Очень быстрая доставка из приложений Instamart и Blinkit — склад где-то по соседству.

The staff were rude and bullying and also I have booked big room with window for 25 days, they let me stay only for 2 weeks there and forced me to take smaller room without window for remaining 11 days.

Well mostly things are good like cleaning , location facilities.

Cons:

When I came to check in, then hotel owner told me that the room I had booked was not vacant and I would be given another room and the price of the other room would be higher.

Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

The property is pretty new and is located in a residential block which makes it easy to access.

Cons:

The mattresses on the bed were a bit too hard( I stayed for almost two weeks) it could’ve been softer. Service is a bit slow, which can be improved. However the manager/staff is helpful.

Poor quality rooms
Pros:

Location is close to nehru place

Cons:

The rooms are very very small with no ventilation and they will not clean untill you request them hundred times. Quite contrary to their name you will not be able to see the sunrise , sunset ,moon anything. They will provide dirty bedsheets and will not change it unless you ask them multiple times. They are very slow in providing food or water to your rooms .Service is poor in comparison to the price we paid for the rooms.

Very less room space and minimum privacy anyone can here your TV voice from outside the the room!
