Loved it will visit again
Pros:

I liked everything except the WiFi connection. I did have to do some work on my laptop and it wasn’t the best but I made do 😊

Not a facility that would be recommended.
Pros:

Accommodations were new and bed was comfortable. Good gym and pool.
Mandy was the only exceptional employee.

Cons:

No amenities -shower caps, slippers, robes and bathroom supplies, (body lotion not replaced,no cotton balls,no qtips,) no instructions for coffee machine.
Air conditioning was extremely noisy.
Staff not always available. No one at night or early morning.

I slept like a rock on a glorious king sized bed- lovely stay!
Pros:

Super clean, bright and open- felt safe.

Pros:

The room was great, everything you need for a long stay. My next trip is will look for a Residence Inn.

More selection for breakfast and the pool could be warmer, but just a minor change.

Mandy at the front desk was welcoming, and knowledgeable of the area. Clean-well appointed rooms.
Pros:

They served eggs, sausage, potatoes, typical of other chains. They also offered waffles with various toppings. The staff, kept every thing hot, and clean. They were amazing. Well done!

Great, clean, comfortable stay!
Pros:

Great stay! Brand new hotel that was very comfy and clean, would be great for a long stay really nice kitchen features!

Cons:

Staff is still learning and the computer system is still a work in progress.

Pros:

The setup of the suites

Cons:

Parking. Was charged $10/day for parking in a garage when there was a large, empty parking lot off the hotel entrance. In addition, no fee to park in garage was $2.50/day.

Left us scrableing
Pros:

Nothing good to say since they waited until the week of our trip to tell us they had to cancel because the building wasn't done. Left us in a bad situation on trying to find a nice place to stay during an extremely busy weekend for the areas due to Reds games and Luke Combs concert.

Cons:

Last minute cancelation by them.
