There was some noise from a near restaurant at night, I informed the receptionist and they helped us with another room as an upgrade for free . We enjoyed our honeymoon there

Exceptional Stay at Bella Rise Villas – Highly Recommended
Our stay at Bella Rise Villas in Trabzon was truly wonderful. The villas are beautiful, clean, and offer a peaceful atmosphere with stunning views. Everything was well organized and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional customer service. Due to unexpected flight changes caused by the war situation, our travel plans changed at the last minute. The management team was extremely understanding and cooperative. They kindly adjusted our reservation according to the new flight schedule without any complications, which we truly appreciated.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their flexibility and support made a stressful situation much easier for us.
We highly recommend Bella Rise Villas to anyone visiting Trabzon, especially for couples or those looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We will definitely come back again.

الموقع رائع هذه هي الزياره السادسه لي لهذا الفندق الاطلاله رائعه و الغرف رائعه و من اجمل الاطلالات في طرابزون على البحر مواقف سيارات متوفره و الوصول للفندق سهل بعيدا عن الازمات

The staff were good and helpful, the jacuzzi was absolutely beautiful, I liked the food menu they have.
The lighting in the bedroom was low. The water temperature in the shower was hard to control or put on the wanting temperature.

The rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful.
The location is a bit remote and up a hill so you can’t walk.
Hôtel très propre, personnel chaleureux et chambres spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Le restaurant offre une superbe vue sur la mer et le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux est bon. Très bien situé, à 5 min du centre et 15 min de l’aéroport. Je recommande vivement !
Malheureusement, des travaux plus bas ont légèrement gâcher la belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon.
