Accueil et service très bien
The hotel was clean and well-organized. The staff was super helpful with everything, from bike rental to suggestions for tours and places to visit. The bathroom was spacious and the room was quiet. Excellent location in the center of Tam Coc, with easy access to the main attractions.

+ absolutely loved this location - it was just down a side street from the main area in Tam Coc - meant it was quiet. It was only a few minutes walk to Tam Coc Boat Station too. It was so central to all restaurants and bars.
+ the receptionist was polite, even though it was an extremely busy weekend with a Vietnamese public holiday. He explained all the sights nearby, how to reach them and what to do.
+ the hotel offers tours, bike and motorbike rental and laundry. We took a tour and was good value - seemed to be slightly cheaper to tours we found online.
+ smart TV was great. Could do screen mirroring easily.
- other reviews mention that the bathroom floor can get all wet after using a shower. That is true but I would say that shouldn’t affect a decision to stay. For the excellent service and value of this property I don’t think it was a major problem it to take my socks off before entering the bathroom. The hotel did provide a tool to wipe down the bathroom floors if needed.
- free breakfast was basic (banana crepes, toast, noodles etc) and must be ordered the night before. It was fine for me and happy to have a simple breakfast with coffee to start the day
Very clean and comfortable beds lovely shower. Great breakfast friendly helpful staff. Good quiet lane in central location handy for everything.

La ducha no salió del todo caliente. No siempre hay alguien en la recepción por lo que en ocasiones tenes que esperar unos cuantos minutos hasta que vengan a atenderte.
Podes elegir una opción para desayunar, y no es como en otros alojamientos donde hay fruta, jugos y café a disposición.

It was everything the reviews said it was. I also stayed at another hotel close by with higher ratings, and it was not even close to the Catalina. Can't say enough about this place. Great location in Tam Coc

Welcome was great... breakfast tasty... staff super friendly... room great size... location perfect.
Bathroom is a wetroom but shower floods entire bathroom despite being a glass screen.
The staff was really nice and very responsive. They also helped us plan the trip with their suggestions and got us drivers. Room was clean and they changed our towels every day without our request. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
