Near the Airport

Cons:

We arrived at 8:00 pm form the Airport after a long international flight
We found out that this location is a private House located in a narrow passage.
Bed cover and pillows not what we expected
Bath rooms has no supplies of soup, toilet paper, towel and no slippers
Restaurants is about 800 meters away on the main road, no grocery stores near by specially after 9:00 pm
This place will not meet international tourists expectations
We have paid for 2 nights, we couldn’t stay in for the 2nd night
We moved to 5 ⭐️ Hotel near Lulu Mall
to compensate ourselves.

Pros:

The location of the property was very good, just 10 mins away from Kochi airport. The property is neat and clean, and the adjacent road was a very good one for a leisurely walk

The caretaker Mr. Ilias was very helpful and amiable. He arranged for a Kochi city tour by a tuk-tuk, which was nice.

Swiggy service is allowed, so no worries.

Cons:

The nearest tea shop is Thomachan Tea Shop, which is around 400 m from the property. The management may think of having some tea kit available at room. It will help the older boarders.

The caretaker was behaving in a weird manner during the night. He was inviting me to come down for "5 mins", then "30 mins" after dinner, but did not disclose the reason. I declined him straightaway. This was really strange.

Pros:

The property was quiet and in good condition. There was food withing a short walk. Internet and AC worked fine.

Cons:

The problem was with the staff who made me feel very uncomfortable. Well intentioned, but would not leave me alone. Kept wanting to spend time with me and calling me. I felt I could not relax.
