O concierge Rafael foi extremamente solicito! No restaurante, no bar da piscina e na recepção todos os funcionários também foram muitíssimo prestativos e atenciosos!

Não foi tão fácil localizar o contato direto da recepção do hotel na internet. Depois que consegui o contato direto da recepção aí o atendimento fluiu para encomendar uma decoração de boas vindas no quarto. Pelo booking eu não teria conseguido resposta desse atendimento a tempo

A vista é incrível, equipe atenciosa, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Hotel com boa estrutura.

Cons:

O colchão não é tão confortável, a pressão de água no chuveiro é baixa e o café da manhã estava muito lotado, os garçons deveriam ser mais ágeis em organizar as mesas para outros hóspedes sentarem além de que não tem cortina nas janelas e a maior parte das mesas fica no sol.
