Pros:

Hotel belíssimo. Vista e serviços muito bons. Excelente café da manhã! Ótima academia. Creio que vale a pena abrir mão da hospedagem em Boa Viagem, dado o conforto do hotel.

Cons:

De negativo, só o fato da localização/entorno ser um pouco ermo. Mas em 10min de Uber/Taxi você está em Boa Viagem ou no Shopping Rio Mar.
