Pros:

Персонал старался. Очень вежливая девушка на рецепшне, владеющая и русским языком. Да и другие работники были искренне доброжелательны и прекрасно выполняли свою работу.
Всё остальное- ужас.

Cons:

Отель полностью не соответствует своему статусу! Мы выбрали этот вариант жилья в связи с имиджем этой сети отелей. Если детально... справа от входа в отель, в 20 метрах свалка, где постоянно живут бомжи. В самой комнате, при заезде, туалетной бумаги был заканчивающийся моточек. В номере 706 невозможно было нормально сесть на унитаз, он шатался. При описании услуг заложен изначальный обман. Бассейн и сауна-хамам не работали, можно было бы за астономическую доп. оплату, как нам в итоге сказали, разогреть её. Спасибо-не надо. Завтрак был постоянно одним и тем же, без всякого разнообразия, на столе мы обнаружили просроченное прокисшее молоко.
Маргинальный район. Отель расположен среди старых лачуг, рядом нет ни нормального кафе, ресторана, магазина.
Самый плохой вариант проживания, который я когда либо получал.

Nett, bequem immer gerne wieder

Nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Ein besonderen Dank geht an Frau Tugba. Vielen Dank für die nette Zeit

Frühstücken, Aufstriche waren im offenen Gefäßen. Hätte es eher als Abfüllung angeboten.

Misafir karşılamadaki arkadaşlardan kahvaltı salonundaki ekibe (özellikle Tuğba Hanım) tüm çalışanlar yaptıkları işe büyük özen gösteriyor. Misafirlerin her türlü talebi ciddiyetle yanıtlanıyor.
