The staff were excellent from reception onwards
The room next door tv was quite loud . Bad stains in toilet bowl. Quite a strong drainy smell in bathroom
Comfortable and quiet night with excellent staff
The water pressure was low meaning the likes of the bath took an age to run.
The wifi wasn't the best and often dropped out.
The location was good
The carpets where dirty and stained
The walls where also dirty damaged and stained
The breakfast was all deep fried and poor quality
The room was very large, with a pleasant view of field/ grass and the sea. The bathroom was also very large.
Breakfast and dinner were good.
Little to complain about.
Super friendly and clean
Nothing

Location.
Room was small. Staff unhelpful and not welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was poor quality. Totally over priced.
Location was great
Facilities were really poor, jacuzzi out of use, swimming pool very small and not up to standard, family room right next to the smoking area, unable to have a warm shower due to it going cold and hot while in it, chocolate pieces and crumbs still on carpet from previous guests.
Lovely hotel great location
No bottles of water in room. Did get a jug of water brought up to room not very friendly staff in restaurant or when we booked in
Great location and facilities
Room door locks need updating or digitising
The hotel looks nice from the outside and has good parking. The staff were all really nice and the food was acceptable. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size.
When you enter the property it is dark and depressing. The rooms we were allocated really aren’t fit for purpose. The bath panel was hanging off, the shower is handheld and hit and miss between being freezing cold or scalding. Nowhere to sit your toiletries, only a glass shelf above the sink that you are in danger of hitting your head against when trying to wash your face! Most tv channels didn’t work. The radiators were full of thick dust. The windows and sills were filthy. You couldn’t hang your clothes in the wardrobe because of some ironing board contraption hanging in it. No fruit or herbal teas and hot chocolate sachets out of date.
The other room we had had a bathroom decorated black with no window for natural light, the ceiling lights weren’t sufficient. It had a walk in shower with absolutely no lighting so it was pitch dark. That room was also run down and not too clean. We took a look at the leisure club and decided not to use it.
