Lovely, staff attentive , food was great- waited a bit as we didn’t book, and room very clean

Positives outweighed the negatives and I would return to the establishment
Pros:

Staff were friendly and efficient. Meals were excellent and facilities good

Cons:

View from the room window looked on to a brick structure, literally 1 metre in distance .
Shower room fan did not work and the towel rail did not heat, both problems were reported to the guy on reception, so that was a disappointment.

Fantastic hotel great location
Pros:

We had room 9 with a wonderful sea view, a max taken minute stroll into town. Second time we have stayed and will be back. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly
