Cons:

Booking.com was difficult to use. It would not take my credit cards. I had to pay at the hotel and therefore did not get the booking discount offered.

Pros:

Location is wonderful, you can even do hot tube outside looking at this panorama. Food is delicious and people very nice.

Cons:

We could here neigbors noise from time to time. Otherwise, excellent place

Pros:

Size of room was excellent. Room was clean and well presented

Cons:

Breakfast was very busy when we were there and it felt like a feeding frenzy at the zoo. But I wouldn’t put this down as a fault on the hotel

Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Location, staff, food and bedroom were all great. The weather was nice while we were there, so it was lovely to sit out at the back of the hotel, and look at spectacular scenery, and an odd boat now and again. We even got into the outdoor hot tub one evening. It was a great experience, sitting there, and looking out over Galway Bay. Would definitely stay again. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

Disappointing Customer Service!

Don't think we were given correct room according to our booking & when I asked, I was fobbed off & told no other rooms available even though I said we were happy to pay for an upgrade - our room was simplistic/older looking & resembled 3 star accommodation - room extremely hot & no air con. We booked another hotel as we were not happy - as we were leaving, another staff member said they could possibly do something to help us. Why could they all of a sudden help us when I had been told that there were no other options. My husband was livid at this & we left angry & utterly disappointed!!!

Great location and very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were really helpful. Breakfast was well organised and very tasty. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning in bedrooms during recent heatwave, although fans were provided. Food service in bar a bit disorganised.

אין כמעט אפשרויות למי שיש צליאק ואוכל ללא גלוטן מלבד לחם שהיה בטעם נוראי ביום השני
ולא היה תחליף אחר.
אין פירות בקערה כמו בכל מלון
שילמנו הרבה והיה מצופה לקבל יותר.
ארוחת הבוקר דורשת שיפור.
העובדים נהדרים והשרות טוב.
