Pros:

Room was excellent.
Food was excellent.... breakfast and dinner especially the breakfast!.
Facilities excellent.

Cons:

Our dinner on the first night was a little cold.
When we went to use the pool there was a lot of children about so we felt it was inappropriate to use that particular facility.

Staff,food,location,comfort,excellent,pool/leisure area tired, room cleanliness disgraceful.
Cons:

We had sea view , left hand double glazed panel was shot and internal condensation frosted the view right hand panel was filthy so bad other guests had left written graffiti , disgraceful , the sofa was disgusting, covered in stains and crusted food remans, I was quite shocked at the condition. The pool area & changing rooms is dated and could do with a revamp it was only

Lovely!
Pros:

The property itself is beautiful inside and out and the location is stunning. Room was very clean and nice. Staff were so nice and accommodating to us. We would love to come back another time and stay.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Overall, very clean and tidy. Fantastic location. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great sleep. The restaurant was excellent; the staff were amazing & the food was lovely with a good menu. Would be very happy to recommend this hotel.

Cons:

My young son found a used vape in the room which was unpleasant but otherwise, the room was very clean. Could not control water temperature in the shower in the morning. The leisure centre looks a little tired and could do with freshening up. Would be nice to see a lifeguard as quite a few children in the pool. None of this spoiled our stay however. We would be happy to return.

Cons:

The experience was good. Bar staff very slow. At one stage I waited 19 mins to see anyone. Otherwise it was good. My room was down some steps but I thought of people who couldn't manage steps
