Still haven't sorted out the cleaning 🙃
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff are nice

Cons:

Just a pity they won't sort out the cleaning. They have been told several times thats as a hotel this level of cleaning is unacceptable , I mean its not filthy but still uou don't expect the floors and skirting boards to be dirty.
Sorry but its just laziness or someone needs glasses

Decent hotel at a good price.
Pros:

Basic but bright, clean, and comfortable. Easy walking distance into the city centre. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in process. Exceeded expectaions for the price.

Consider only if desperate

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and am not fussy however the smell of this room hit me as I walked in! I stayed 3 nights, left windows open during the day. There was no source as such for the smell. I think it is either something happening under the floor or the floor itself. There was also a couple of bugs on the bed after googling they didnt look to be bed bugs but was quite unsettling.
I was woken up the second night by the sound of a rat (i think) trying to eat through the wall. Which was terrifying! Shame I cant add a video to this review as it was awful.
Also, 1 cheap toilet roll was given for the 3 nights, which is not realistic as they are tiny!
I tried looking for other options on the first night, but the whole of Norwich was booked up due to graduations.
I am sitting in the room currently and cant wait to go home and wash everything.
There is also a big green emergency exit light which is like the sun shining in your room all night.
Really disappointing as this could be a wonderful hotel with the location.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Good location and comfortable room with very helpfull staff, the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable, we were also very glad of the fan!
