Pros:

Welcoming and helpful receptionist. Free upgrade, spacious room, great location. Great shower

Cons:

Maybe side lamp for the beds, sofa for the family room, and more furniture in the large bathroom to put your toiletries

Excellent base for city break in Norwich

Fridge in the room, basic crockery and cutlery and sink for washing up
Would definitely stay again
Arrived early and we were allowed to park before check in time

Cons:

There was an intermittent drain smell coming from the bathroom which we mentioned to the management.
Towels were not changed daily and difficult to dry them overnight

It was okay and the location of the accommodation was very good
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable, but some food was left in the air fryer for a long time, and it was covered with mold.

Cons:

The young lady at reception was very angry and aggressive, with a very bad attitude for the hospitality business. However, the young gentleman was kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Very enjoyable stay.. 10 minutes walk into the old city.. So much architectural eye candy.. would definitely revisit

The location and staff were great but even for a budget hotel it was over priced as it was dirty and not overly comforta
Pros:

The location was very good and the staff were friendly

Cons:

Cleanliness was very poor, very dusty, the toilet was extremely stained, the air fryer still had the remains of the last food in it and the shower drain was mostly blocked which led to the water flooding the bathroom for even a quick shower
