Lovely Hotel, Well equipped and clean rooms, great staff and super location.
Pros:

I just used the room to meet my daughter who is at Uni. It was exactly in the right place compared to where her flat is. The staff where very nice and quick to provide extra tea or milk. Great Location for exploring Norwich and right next to the Plantation Garden.

Cons:

The bed is not good...I had a bad nights sleep both nights as it was uncomfortable. I have had a bad back since. Also I had the top room with the bay window overlooking the car park (which I liked). Their where people down below my windows every 2 hrs smoking and vaping, sitting on a bench, which went into my room through the open windows...Not nice for a non smoker. Maybe a designated smoking area could be arranged away from the building?

Pros:

Location is very good - in the quiet part of town but within walking distance (15min) from the main attractions. Ample parking and easy check-in/check out process. Good size double room, clean and with fridge, some utensils and microwave and small bedside table available. Good size bathroom with a very decent shower.

Cons:

Happened to have stayed when a large group of people apparently partying in town was staying for a night. They were returning at different times in the night and banging doors, shouting very loudly and watching TVs at the full blast. Not hotel's fault and they eventually did calm down in the early hours. If not for them it was piece and quiet despite proximity of the road.

Excellent value

Mia plăcut a fost curat ,camera calduroasa . Recomand .

Cons:

Ma deranjat putin ,zgomotul masiinilor de afara ,fereasta a fost slab izolata, si se aude foarte tare zgomotul de afară, camera mi sa parut destul de mica pentru două persoane...dar a fost ok ,curata si calduroasa..

Night in Norwich
Pros:

Great location within easy walking distance of the city centre, added bonus of free parking. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was a little tired but functional. For one night and for the cost it was fine and we would stay again.

Pros:

Room was comfy, clean and the shower was excellent! Functional, all you really need. No food, a vending machine might be a good addition, but I slept well, and bathroom was excellent. Thanks
