Not bad....but..
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location with a short walk to the city. The building is next to the plantation gardens which is recommended but not part of the hotel itself. The room we stayed in was small but reasonably well equipped.

Cons:

The cleanliness was questionable, with limescale on the worktop, bits of wrappers in the drawers and dusty just about everywhere. The room we stayed in was next to the road which didn't seem to be soundproofed much by the windows and people moving around the hallway was quite noticeable. Overall, it wasn't badly priced so that made up for it a little bit. I probably would stay again but would try to consider other places first.

Perfectly located, comfortable 2/3 star hotel
Pros:

While this is a basic hotel, you get what you pay for, it is clean, comfortable and fabulously located for a short walk into the town centre. Parking is free too

Great location with views up to St John's Roman Catholic Cathedral.which is in easy walking distance.
Plenty of off street parking which is especially valuable in Norwich.
Useful mini kitchen including mictowave and fridge within the room.

Overnight stop to visit daughter
Pros:

They let us check in early. Close to city centre. Staff very approachable. Free parking.
Ideal location to visit our daughter. Tea making facilities in the room plus a microwave and sink with plates and cutlery.

Cons:

No breakfast option but close to city so easy to find somewhere. Room showing signs of wear and tear.

Pros:

Great service. Good price for what you get. Was very pleased with my stay.

Cons:

Some of the cups provided were dirty which made me reluctant to use them.
