Great find.
Pros:

Location. Plenty of parking. Helpful, welcoming reception staff member. Comfortable bed. Cool shower on a hot day. Facilities in room.

Cons:

No hangers or hanging space in bedroom.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay the staff are very friendly and helpful the room was a good size for one person and has a little kitchenette with tea/coffee white sugar sachets and UHT milk. The bed was comfortable but could of done with just a sheet and no duvet as it is summer but I slept without a cover as the room was too hot and the sun was shining on the room most of the day until around 7pm and a fan didn't help and the fridge added to the heat in the room. Although the temperature is out of the hotels control so I put up with it and made sure to drink plenty of water while in the room but overall it was a good stay and will return.

Cons:

Temperature of room but nothing can be done about that and air con would mean to put the prices up of the rooms and this is a budget hotel.

It was impossible to sleep because the fridge was very noisy, and the bright green emergency light stayed on all night, making it difficult to rest. The room had no ventilation or fan, so there was no fresh air, and it became uncomfortably hot.

Great for a 1 or 2 night stay if you want to explore the city, but I wouldn’t suggest it for a longer stay.
Pros:

Location is fantastic with off street parking

Cons:

The rooms next to parking are not so well insulated so fingers crossed your neighbours are respectful.

Most enjoyable and we hope to return later in the year.
Pros:

This was our third stay at this property. We like the informal atmosphere. The location is great and encourages us to stroll through the city. The car park seems safe and secure.

Cons:

The toilet could have been cleaner...but that is being hyperfastidious, really.

Not very satisfied at all
Pros:

It was massive the rooms were so big

Cons:

Was to far away had to get a cab but that’s our fault, when we got to bed the sheets were wet they had not been dried correctly so we had 3 beds where we had to sleep with damp sheets and didn’t smell great, the bath and the sink had sewage coming out when the water had gone

Loved the locale and Hotel - just organise around the few shortfalls :-)
Pros:

Loved the location - next to the Tourist little Gem, the and handy for NNUH Hospital, City; the area had great village feel inside a big City, 26 bus stops right outside to Railway or NNUH Hospital + UNI. Liked the MOTEL theme, staff nice and great kitchen facilities in my room.

Cons:

The TV worked but very poor antenna reception, unsure of cause but on Terrestrial Channels, fragmented the picture and sound. The Car Park right outside my Ground floor room but not disturbed with any noise. Large window had no nets so had to keep the curtains drawn, LOL. They may have rooms that are more hidden. No brekki but good options 5 min walk.
