Decent hotel, close to airport
Pros:

Location - close to the airport. Residential buildings around. Poha for breakfast was good. They provided a comb on request as I had forgotten to carry mine. There was a small balcony attached to the room.

Cons:

The bathroom had a bad smell. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste were not in the room. No breakfast buffet. No one was at reception when I arrived at the hotel (I arrived in the evening).

Waste of money

Cons:

The bathroom was pathetic. The waste water could not drain out. No hot water. Staff has absolutely no clue in how to manage or communicate. Overly priced. Had stomach infection after having dinner at their restaurant. Terrible approach road

Pros:

New interior decor.

Cons:

Room service not good. Cleaning is not proper at the restaurant
The walls are very thin, noise passes quite easily from floor to floor, room to room.

The property is very close to the highway and one of the best in that location. The rooms are excellent with a sit down balcony. Cleanliness is to the mark. Highly recommended

Pros:

Location is the only saving grace of this property

Cons:

Room is small. Superior or not. Room is very small for a family. Parking is insufficient.
No kettle or tea / coffee provided . After reminder, was provided tea bags but no cups.
Breakfast starts at 0800 ( was told the staff comes only after 0700). Most the guests are here to hit the highway as early as possible and are only for the night and early Breakfast.
No toiletteries provided. So definitely not value for money. Did not try the food here.
The extra bed provided was a mattress only with one bedsheet.

Good place for a one night stay
Pros:

Location is easily accessible from Highway plus it has an advantage of being the new addition to Kolhapur.

Cons:

Parking is very limited plus construction work is going on right besides the hotel that too 24/7 so the noise is very irritating.
