Pros:

Very clean and a good size room. Close to railway station. Right in the centre of town.
Staff member Hanna was very helpful, and very friendly. Breakfast was very nice, buffet style.

Cons:

We would have liked a Kettle in our room and some bottled water. Those little extras are great when you have had a long day travelling.

Hervorragend und köstlich - traumhafte Betten
Pros:

Wir wurden ins Hotel Säntis umgebucht. Das Zimmer war freundlich und erfreulicherweise mit Holzboden. Die Betten waren herrlich weich, am liebsten wären wir gar nicht mehr aufgestanden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hervorragend. Wir genossen ein ausgezeichnetes Abendessen im Hotel Säntis - einfach köstlich!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Appenzell sehr genossen.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist absolut top, sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig da. Die Kirche ist gerade nebenan, hat uns aber nie gestört.

Cons:

Schade dass es kein eigenes Restaurant im Hotel gibt (aber man ist ja schnell im Dorf mit unzähligen Beizli und Restaurants), Vom Parkplatz her muss man ein paar Schritte zu Fuss gehen.
