Pros:

The hotel is very well located. The room was very clean, the lady cleaner did an excellent job. Carmen had provided excellent customer service.

Otel temiz ve Odam her gün temizleniyor du. Terminale çok yakındı ulaşım sorunu yaşamadım.carmen çok ilgili bir bayan,her zaman telefonununa ulaşım imkanı vardı. check in ve out bagaj teslim konusunda yardımcı oldu 😊.otelin konumu kötü sayılmaz şehir içi hiç otobüs veya araç hiç kullanmadım rahat ayakkabı şart 😄

Struttura accogliente e in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e con tutti i principali mezzi di trasporto raggiungibili comodamente. La stanza è semplice ma curata e accogliente, e la proprietaria si distingue per la sua grande disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Charmant hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Excellent accueil de Carmen. Propreté impeccable, chambre assez spacieuse pour deux, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. La chambre donnait sur la rue et pourtant, nous n’entendions presque rien. Très bonne localisation pour visiter Rome, à pied comme en métro. Restaurants, bars et magasins au pied de l’hôtel.

Hotel blisko dworca co bardzo ułatwiło nam transfer z lotniska. Bezpieczny, 3 zamykane drzwi po drodze do pokoju dały nam poczucie komfortu. Bardzo czysto, naprawdę jestem pod wrażeniem jak personel dba o to miejsce. Pokój ekonomiczny z widokiem na ścianę budynku ale nie był to dla nas problem z racji wyboru pokoju. Brakowało nam jedynie czajnika i przydałyby się dodatkowe wieszaki na kurtki przy drzwiach wejściowych oraz jeden na ręcznik w łazience. Mimo chłodnych nocy klimatyzacja grzała, nie było nam zimno. Serdecznie pozdrawiam panią Carmen, przemiła osoba, bezproblemowy kontakt. Poza tym : hotel blisko restauracji i kawiarni, ale uważajcie na złodziejskie praktyki uśmiechniętych panów za ladami i nie mam tu na myśli coperto.

A due passi dalla stazione Termini quindi ottimo per chi arriva da lì. La stanza nonostante sia in una zona trafficata è molto silenziosa, grazie agli infissi. Ambiente molto pulito e ben tenuto e curato, L'hotel ha una gestione familiare e la titolare è davvero gentile e disponibile per vari tipi di info, compreso il consiglio di un'ottima pasticceria per colazione. Le camere sono totalmente rinnovate. Il bagno piccolo ma completo di tutto, bidet incluso. Asciugamani abbondanti con cambio giornaliero. Per quanto mi riguarda, il letto era un po' duro e il cuscino sottile, ma è la mia opinione personale.
Hotel senza dubbio da consigliare.

Pros:

This Hotel is in the perfect location for walking all over the city. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant’Angelo, and more! Carmen is an amazing host and was very helpful with checking in and cleaning services. We felt very safe at night as the room is behind three separate locked doors including the building, hotel service, and own room door. I highly recommend this hotel!
