They close their room service by 9.30pm for dinner? It was terrible,, not for people who lives in metros,,,
The swimming pool is very small n suitable only for kids,,, no guards to look for swimming etiquetes to be followed,, guests enter pool without costume n without taking shower!! Cheap,,
The staff dont understand any other language than malayalam,,,!!! I dont expect this from a 4star hotel,,

Not great experience. Will not visit again.
Pros:

Rooms were neat and clean

Cons:

Restaurant service was very bad. The restaurant did not even have ice cubes in such hot weather. 😫.
Staff were very casual and not helpful or pleasant. Also location not great.
More annoying is Pool service closes at 7 PM and after requesting they allowed to keep it open for xtra 10 minutes 🙄😬
