Leider pure Enttäuschung. Die Bilder sind nicht Wahrheitsgemäß, vor allem der Eingang und das Gebäude. Auch wurde ein Parkservice in der Beschreibung erwähnt, was es aber nicht gab.
Ich würde es nie wieder buchen.

Die zentrale Lage in Izmir.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel bereits im Frühjahr 2026 für unseren Aufenthalt im August 2026 gebucht. Bei der Buchung wurde uns vermittelt, dass ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Parkplatz angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Dadurch waren wir gezwungen, unser Auto tagsüber an der Straße vor dem Hotel abzustellen, obwohl dort ohnehin nur sehr wenige Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt mussten wir dann feststellen, dass sich jemand Zugang zu unserem Auto verschafft und Gegenstände daraus entwendet hatte. Wir mussten daraufhin die Polizei verständigen. Auch eine Spurensicherung kam zum Hotel. Erst nach diesem Vorfall durften wir unser Auto schließlich im hoteleigenen Parkhaus abstellen, obwohl wir für diesen Parkplatz bereits bezahlt hatten! Wir wurden offensichtlich belogen, denn im Parkhaus standen einige Autos und auch tagsüber fuhren dort Autos raus und rein.

Besonders enttäuschend war für uns, dass es offenbar erst zu einem Einbruch in unser Auto kommen musste, bevor uns die Nutzung des Parkhauses ermöglicht wurde. Die Aussagen des Hotelpersonals bezüglich der Nichtverfügbarkeit des Parkplatzes waren für uns in diesem Zusammenhang nicht nachvollziehbar und haben leider zu einem erheblichen Vertrauensverlust geführt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und die Lage ist sicherlich der größte Vorteil des Hotels. Für 4 Gäste wurden nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Kleidungsetiketten von den vorherigen Gästen auf dem Boden, die offenbar von den Reinigungskräften übersehen worden waren.

L'albergo è moderno, molto curato e pulito. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e parla perfettamente l'inglese. Le stanze sono curate e ben arredate

Cons:

La mancanza di parcheggio dell'hotel e la sua posizione in zona molto trafficata. La colazione non è molto varia. Come in tutta la Turchia non c'è quasi nulla di dolce da mangiare. La Junior Suite ha un letto matrimoniale e il terzo letto è un divano su cui appoggiano delle lenzuola. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto per il contesto
