Pros:

Amplasamentul, dotarile, curatenia, hotelul este nou renovat, amabilitatea unora dintre angajati, in special a personalului din restaurant - un plus pentru nota hotelului. Micul dejun este bun, indeajuns de variat.

Cons:

Am ramas fara apa pentru cateva ore din cauza problemelor pe care hotelul le are cu centrala. Am inteles de la alte persoane ca s-a mai intamplat in trecut. Comunicarea cu unii angajati nu e foarte buna atunci cand reclami ceva, iar daca trmiti email la adresa la care ti se spune sa trimiti, nu ti se raspunde.
Pentru noi hotelul acesta nu mai constituie o optiune de cazare in viitor pentru ca e neplacut sa ramai fara apa in hotel. Nu am primit nici macar scuze pentru asta.

Nach stundenlanger Regenfahrt mit dem Motorrad war ich erleichtert, als ich hier ankam: Hoteleingang geöffnet und Rezeption mit lebendigem, hilfsbereitem Menschen besetzt. Zimmer warm und komfortabel! Restaurant gleich nebenan

At der ikke var vand på værelset det første døgn, selv om andre, ved at tale med store bogstaver kunne få vand. Det var heller ikke muligt at få udleveret flaskevand, selv om morgenmadskøkkenet havde det stående.
