Scrapyard
Pros:

It was a Shitty place with stains, linen and curtains never washed and full of dust.

Broken doors, tables and rusted side table.

No soap, no tissue nor drinking water bottle.

Fully infested with mosquito.

Seems like it is suitable for couples needing hourly rentals.

My advice avoid the crappy scrapyard. Don't know how OYO is managing this property.

Pros:

Room - unmade bed, unclean room.

Broken lock on bathroom door, leaky sink due to which there was water all over the bathroom floor.

Cons:

Literally nothing about the place was likeable. The staff snuffed out any vestige of consideration I may have had.
