Pros:

Tout, l'emplacement la chambre la vue au bord de l'eau. Endroit calme et reposant.
Nous avons passés un super séjour de 5 nuits. Le personnel sympathique.

Un petit paradis face à une mer d'émeraude.
Pros:

Villa Bahati se situe face à un paysage marin magnifique, vous pourrez observer les cultivatrices d'algues et les pêcheuses de coquillages, avec les pirogues à voiles voguant sur une mer d'émeraude, en un mot: Moment magique.
Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre (N°1) donnant sur la mer et la piscine, avec un patio extérieur avec son salon et son grand lit pour la sieste. Le personnel est adorable, on remercie Happyness et Edouard sans parler du manager qui nous a laissé la chambre jusqu'à 14h, merci à eux tous. On vous recommande également le restaurant, et plus particulièrement, la dorade coryphène avec sa petite sauce, un délice.

La recepción fue agradable y de primeras la habitación es bonita. Además si buscas estar desconectado del ruido de Zanzibar este es tu sitio.
El personal bastante atento y agradable

Cons:

Sin embargo una vez instalada la habitación no me pareció cómoda, sin a penas agua caliente y con algún que otro olor no muy agradable.
Me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación lo cual es un buen gesto por parte del hotel.

Friendly staff though owners a bit reserved, excellent location at the beach just outside the door, small hotel therefore not crowded at the beach

Cons:

breakfast sufficient unless you are into food in which case a broader breakfast buffet would have been nice, price-value balance slightly off compared to other countries (including Western Europe) we have seen (we cannot judge / compare to other local hotels though)

ich habe die ruhige, entspannte Stimmung wirklich sehr genossen. Der Garten, angrenzend zum Meer, darin gelbe Webervögel, macht es zu einer besonderen Kulisse. mit Liebe fürs Detail in Design und Ausstattung ist Villa Bahati gestaltet. Das Team ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen das wohlfühlen und Zufriedenheit der Gäste am Herzen liegt. ein sehr schöner Ort mit Charakter und einer besonderen Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen.

Beautiful villa in a great location with amazing food.
The staff (especially Jerry, Happy and Edward) were fantastic and really looked after us.

Cons:

we did not feel welcome at all from the owner.

There were only three rooms occupied (a total of five guests) during our one-week stay, yet the owner did not greet us even once. It felt as though individual guests are not a priority, and that the focus is mainly on yoga groups rather than guests from booking platforms.

Unfortunately, the entire week involved ongoing repairs, with constant hammering and several days of strong paint smell, which made it unbearable to stay in the room at times. The property should have been closed for maintenance or at least informed us beforehand.

Additional issues during our stay:
• AC not working for the first two days
• no drinking water provided in the rooms
• towels only changed every three days, which is unusual for a beach hotel
• airport transfer price was significantly overcharged

A fantastic location to rest in Zanzibar, right on the lagoon

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The food is great. There are many places outside the rooms where you can rest, read, eat, this is very pleasant. Great decoration. The staff is nice and helpful. The village is very quiet. The white sandy beach and the lagoon are fantastic.

We loved the authentic feel of Villa Bahati, right on the beach with stunning views. The loungers were perfect for leisurely reading and tanning, and the swimming pool was so refreshing after a day in the sun. Altogether, it’s excellent value for money

Cons:

The only small downside was the limited dinner menu, but there are many good restaurants in the area, especially in Paje.
