値段からするとかなり良心的
Pros:

・WiFiがスムーズ
・AmazonファイヤスティックがあってYouTube等見られた。
・備品類(歯ブラシ、クシ、綿棒etc)が無料で使える
・お風呂場が狭くない
・ベッドに枕2つおいてくれていた
・パジャマもあった
・チェックアウトが12時までとゆっくりできる

Cons:

・駅から近くはない
・最寄りコンビニ(セブン)は徒歩15分
・物音ですぐ起きてしまう人には不向きの環境
(朝6時からバタバタ動く外国人達がいて起こされた)

満足！！
Pros:

値段の安さに対して部屋が充分すぎる良さ
WiFiもありNetflixやアマプラも観れるのが快適
古き日本の家ながら内装は色々整えてあり
苦手な人も居そうですが日本人としても落ち着きました。
普通のホテルのような「髪の毛1本も落ちていない！」みたいな清潔感は無いのかも知れませんが、逆に「本当の綺麗好きが掃除しているホテルには無い部分の気配り」を感じて私は好きでした。

Cons:

基本的に全部良いのですが、どうしても物音に敏感な方は落ち着かないと思います。
同時に滞在する人間が多いとプライバシーが気になってしまうかも、、、？
キッチンや家電が色々充実してるのでそれを上手く活用出来る生活力があるかでだいぶ変わります。
あと仕方ないですが買い物や食事したい時に近隣にお店が少なくけっこう移動が大変です。
家屋が古いので冬場はかなり寒さや乾燥を感じると思います。

家族で泊まりましたが子供分は無料との事でお得でした
Pros:

オーナーの方が早くて良かった
子供の自転車等屋内保管場所や布団等、即準備してくれた
この価格で台所も調理器具もあり水やコーヒーも頂きました
風呂タオルもあり助かりました

Cons:

特にありませんが、お風呂照明がやや暗く感じましたがその方が良いと感じる方もいるかもしれません
2つの部屋の暖房とレンジを使用するとブレーカが落ちるのでレンジを使う時は暖房を消すと安心かもしれません
