Hotel goes above and beyond - we would love to come back
Pros:

I contacted the hotel before our stay to ask if banners and balloons could be put up for my daughter's 18th birthday, they didnt hesitate and nothing was too much trouble. Close to all the local attractions, the cavern just around the corner along with shopping centre and university

Cons:

We loved every minute of our stay. We stayed friday night and Saturday night. The stairs were not for the faint hearted (there were lots of them). We went out both nights so the music underneath us from the bar didn't bother us but if we had of been sober it may have kept us awake. The WiFi didnt reach the room but it wasnt too much of a big problem as we had 5g.

Pros:

El personal muy amable. Nos dejaron tener las valijas después del check puy, eso fue de gran ayuda. La recepcionista muy amable!! La ubicación muy buena. Está a 2 cuadras del centro comercial (Primark, mys, outlet, decathlon, etc) y hay muchísimos restaurantes y bares a no mas de 2 cuadras. El bar del alojamiento también muy bueno.

Older hotel but good value for a short stay
Pros:

Handy location to Liverpool shops and attractions.

Cons:

Noisy in the morning with deliveries, road works etc but quiet enough at night. Also watch the 4 flights of stairs!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great central location, close to Cavern Quarter, shopping district and Albert Dock. We had a triple room which was immaculate and equally the ensuite. Great nights sleep, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of car parks, bars and restaurants nearby.

Pros:

The location, bed and pillows are really comfy. Staffs are nice and friendly.

The only problem is the leak from bath tub.

Lovely hotel even nicer staff
Pros:

Lovely comfortable rooms with fabulous staff in an ideal situation, ok it's above a pub, but that was no problem
There are no lifts but the Lovely staff offered to take our cases upstairs
The room was basic but comfortable
Downstairs pub does nice food and entertainment on the weekend, there is also a comedy club in the basement
The hotel is a few hundred yards from Albert dock and the same from the shopping centre

Cons:

There was nothing not to like maybe the lack of a fridge and no walk in shower but that didn't bother us
