The villas beautiful. Surroundings peaceful. Felt privileged to be a South African and can access this any day.
The suites were too close to each other. And we struggled a lot open our door. It slides, but it’s not clearly indicated. I loved everything else.

The property was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and the whole place was so quiet and peaceful. The food and view from the restaurant was also amazing.
The location is pretty far ordering in and navigation was a bit tricky.
Great place to visit and unwind. Very beautiful facility. The greatest compliment goes to the chef. They have a a good enough variety in their menu, and whatever you choose to order, it come out exceptional. It is a good place to visit for longer stay because you can try a different dish everyday without being disappointed.
My only dislike is visiting in a cold week. Moving between the restaurant and the chalet during cold weather is not nice. They offer cart service to transport you, and you can order everything a part of room service.

The Tv is a No No,We could not watch Tv because the still use a decoder and the signal is bad.They should invest in smart Tv

The property met all my expectations
The place is huge but despite that you don’t have to walk from one place to the other if you can’t. They have golf carts for that.
Plus, it was my birthday, had gone there with my wife and we got free rose petals and a birthday note on our bed.
We booked for two but only had one shower cap and towels for one in the room. The room also didn’t come with sleepers but we got warm gowns.
We called the reception for more towels though and they delivered.
Great hospitality, fantastic food and overall the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The game drive was nice but there are no animals there 😫 Bianca is such a lovely lady.

From the welcoming at the main gate, to arrival at the parking, to the transfer on the golf cart with Samolon our stay was just what our souls needed! They take a lot of care in the small details - welcome drinks, goodbye treats etc.
