I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I faced during my recent stay at your establishment:

1. Parking Issue:
Despite the building being advertised as having parking facilities, I was not allowed to park inside the building premises. Instead, I was instructed to park outside the lodge premises, which was highly inconvenient and contrary to the promised amenities.

2. Room Issues:
I booked two rooms for 5 people, each with an attached bathroom. However, during the early morning, there was no electricity, which led to the absence of hot water. This caused significant discomfort and inconvenience for all of us.

No western commod available as per Senior citizens requirements, Main and toilet door locking system to be improve.
Due to remote place, transportation is very poor after evening, other wise peaceful place with absolute no disturbance. Thanks🙏

Value for money.
Pros:

The owner or Manager Prashant was very cooperative. Very accommadative. I vacated the room at 5.30pm without any additional charges. Rooms were reasonably clean. Very big room for a single traveller. They had only one type of room..

Cons:

Other than Prashant, there was no other staff at the hotel. He also doesn't remain in the properly. Also it is not on the main road, where there is some movement around. So security is a concern. They should employ a security guard at atleast and also install cameras.
