とても良かったです！

アメニティー用品が充実していて客室も清潔でよかったです。バレルサウナとかもあったんですが閑散として置いているところのロケーションがいまいちでした。ホテルの入り口が大変わかりにくかったです。

オーシャンビューで、お部屋も広く気持ち良く過ごせました。

施設が綺麗で広く過ごしやすかった。
スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしくまた宿泊したい。

とにかく部屋が清潔。

Beautiful views. We had a nice room with a great view of the water. Gorgeous sunset views. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

This is not central and is ideal for travelers with a car. The staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious, they are located right on the beach which is nice.

到着が遅くなってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が親切で対応もとても良かったです。
お風呂は提携先のホテルの温泉でしたが、タオルの貸し出しもあり良かったです。もう少し近ければなお良いのですが。
家族でメゾネットタイプを利用しましたが、広くてゆったり、ベランダから海を一望できました。ありがとうございました！

This is a great resort location but a little inconvenient and somewhat isolated. The rooms are spacious and well serviced. There is 24 hour staffing but limited to basic needs. There are no dining options at the location itself and nearby eating options are limited. The hotel offers free entry to a local onsen about 5-10 minute drive from the hotel.
On the plus side, the views from the rooms are spectacular and some rooms offer an outdoor patio. Unfortunately, the hot tub in our patio was sealed during our stay.
Recommended as a stopover while travelling along the coast line by car.

호텔이 넓고 바다도 보이고 특히 직원분들이 너무나도 친절했어요. 집에 오는날 아침 비행기라 걱정이었는데 공항까지 친절히 픽업해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 다음에 또 방문한다면 또 숙박하고싶어요~~

oceanfront, fall asleep to sound of waves. Large wetroom with a view as well. Quiet and clean, quaint area. Walk the seawall for refelction and rejuvenation

Great hotel right on the water, spacious rooms and very nice and responsive hotel staff. Great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is currently renovating, but it was very much worth it. They even offered free access to a nearby onsen! Would happily stay here again on our next vacation to Ehime!

とてもきれいなホテルで、目の前が海なのも良かったです。夜寝ていると波音が聞こえました。
アメニティもクオリティが高かったです。
部屋も広々していてゆったりくつろげました。
トイレとお風呂が別々なのも良かったです。
お風呂の広さにはビックリでしたが、ついていたジェットバスが使えれば尚良かったです。
スタッフの皆さんもすごく感じ良く、質問にもとても丁寧に答えて下さいました。
ただ食事なしで近くにあまり食べるところがなかったのが残念です。レストランがあって海を眺めながら食事ができたら最高なのにと思いました。
無料で入れる権現温泉のチケットをもらいましたが、場所がちょっとわかりずらかったです。
食堂を利用しましたがリーズナブルで量もたっぷり、とても美味しかったです
(権現うどんと天ぷら定食をいただきました)
ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。

The customer service here was amazing. Staff were super helpful and made our brief stay comfortable and easy. The location is a little out of the way from the main city of Matsuyama but the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful; made the commute worth it. We requested a taxi back to the airport around 7am and they drove us there themselves, it really saved us the stress and additional cost; we were so grateful. Overall, if you are looking for more site seeing and hokey vibe to your stay, I highly recommend this place. ◡̈

施設が新しく、オーシャンビューでロケーションが最高でした。子供はメゾネットタイプの部屋にしましたが、テンションMaxで喜んでいました。またスタッフの方々にも親切にしていただき。思い出に残る旅行になりました、また次回は大人になった修学旅行でお世話になります。ありがとうございました。
