Very bad experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Cleanliness was not good service too slow

For any ask like hand towel not provided, no proper timely service for house cleaning, no basic toiletries provided for any service you have to call 2 to 3 times and sometimes need to go at reception desk for the service

Food facility was not good and even you cannot bring outside food

Pros:

La localización es excelente,un lugar tranquilo dónde alojarse en Varanasi.El hotel es nuevo, la decoración es muy bonita y elegante! todo limpio y muy cómodo,la comida estaba riquísima y el personal fue muy amable.
Mi estancia fue genial,lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda!

Good hotel let down by poor training and lack of concierge
Pros:

New hotel with decent breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

Reception has very poor contacts with taxi companies and agents for arranging Darshan. they cannot make even tuktuk bookings.
