Pros:

La localización es excelente,un lugar tranquilo dónde alojarse en Varanasi.El hotel es nuevo, la decoración es muy bonita y elegante! todo limpio y muy cómodo,la comida estaba riquísima y el personal fue muy amable.
Mi estancia fue genial,lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda!

Good hotel let down by poor training and lack of concierge
Pros:

New hotel with decent breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

Reception has very poor contacts with taxi companies and agents for arranging Darshan. they cannot make even tuktuk bookings.
