Near airport
NO hot water early in the morning for a shower, before flight. No breakfast served Mondays, or meals on Sunday evening.
No selection of beers etc.
We did complain whilst on the premises, leaving for our flight, we asked for a compensation.
We have been ignored as yet!

We had a meal in the evening and it was very good.
We understand that the hotel has just been taken over by new owners. Apparently they are going to be upgrading the hotel which should make it more attractive.

Radiator thermostat was broken off and room very hot, apart from this it was good for a cheap stay over night

The day I checked out I was not happy with the young man on reception who was miserable. There was no ( was everything ok or goodbye nothing just a miserable lad. It was a let down as the night b4 the lady was amazing. No one want to be greater by a miserable person, don’t even say good morning or a smile. Some one needs to give him some training in manners and learn how to smile
Very cost effective, lovely location. Very friendly receptionist both in the evening and through the night. Bar lady was friendly
The chef made us feel really uncomfortable. We were told food was server until 20.15. We arrived in the restaurant at 19.55 with our 1 year old ready for food and the chef made us feel very unwelcome. As he walker passed us he said 'oh you have got to be f***ing joking'. We were the only guests there at the time and it was a real shame because after 6 hours of travelling we then had to drive around barry to try and find food. We left the restaurant promptly without ordering purely because of his attitude

Staff, service, cleanliness was exceptionally good.
Poor quality of upkeep, facilities, didn't sleep due to terrible mattresses. The place is run well by the on site staff but needs serious investment from the owners.
