Very very tired furnishings, bed solid yet bounced with every move. Only one socket in the room.
We used this hotel as we was going to a concert in Cardiff. Staff very helpful and friendly, advising best way to get to the gig.

No air con. Had to go to reception desk for everything; hairdryer, fan etc.

The cleanliness was good and the beds were comfortable. Pleasant staff. Reasonable onside parking (non-gravel for the motor bikers out there). Easy distance from Barry and Cardiff Principality Stadium. Lovely towels and a decent shower too.
I've stayed at the Celtic before and in the 7 months since I was last there, I think it's been refreshed decorative, which looked very nice.
Just an observation here. There was a broken bed light and the room is scarce on electric sockets.
