This was good for what we needed which was a base to go to the Rugby International in Cardiff
Pros:

The staff are so lovely. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful when we had trouble ordering an uber. She called a cab and recommended how to get into the city with least difficulties. The gentleman on the desk in the morning was also very helpful, he provided me with a hairdryer and then sorted out our bills when I gave the incorrect room number for our breakfast. We had a great time in the bar in the evening as well, everyone was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower was lovely and hot, whilst not the best looking, it did the job well. Parking was easy. There was a kettle in the room too with tea coffee and biscuits.

Cons:

The rooms are rather tired and in need of some refurbishment to paintwork etc. There was no way to control the heating, so I was a bit chilly at times. The entrance was easy to miss as the signage could have been better. Service at breakfast was not the best. Overall breakfast was OK, with a fairly good range for the continental option, but not much choice for the cooked breakfast, and some of the items were overcooked. My brother ordered poached egg and got fried. Tea and coffee were from a flask/urn rather than freshly made. Having said all that, we were happy with our stay.

Good for Cardiff Airport.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the rooms were spotless. And not far from Cardiff Airpoprt. Would I stay again? Yes.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated and we had a bit of trouble with the hot water, but we reported it to reception and they sorted it out straight away.
