Близко к центру, но прохладно зимой
Pros:

Отель удачно расположен, приятная цена номера

Cons:

Мы были в начале марта, на улице было около 0 градусов, а в номере нет радиаторов отопления. Единственным отопителем был кондиционер, но с большим номером он не сильно справлялся. Под одеялом было тепло, но вокруг было прохладно.

Pros:

Отель тихий ,семейный, аутентичный. Все, как мы любим. Завтрак скромный, но очень вкусный. Убирают каждый день. Дворик уютный.

Cons:

Холодно. Все таки лучше посещать Ереван не зимой и не ранней весной) отапливается сплитами.

Personnel accueillant et aidant, petit-déjeuner décevant, endroit très mignon et bien placé au calme
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et disponible à toute heure.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très basique et les plats censés être chauds ne l’étaient pas (machine débranchée).

Boutique living hotel
Pros:

They allowed us early checkin.
They kindly allowed us to leave our suitcase with them while we enjoyed the day in Yerevan.

Cons:

1) They wanted cash and didnt accept card payment. 2) They were supposed to send a driver to pick us up from the airport which never happened and we got charged alot more from the taxi driver at the airport. 3) shower door was broken.
