The hotel has 24-hour parking, please note that the is subject to availability and an additional cost of:

On Fridays and Saturdays, BRL 55.00 + 5% *

Reservations will only be validated if made by the credit card holder, who must be the guest. This hotel does not accept reservations made by someone else on the guest's behalf. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents.

Please note that the property has a pool for guest use only between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Tuesday to Sunday, meaning Monday will be closed for maintenance. It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

solo tiene buena ubicacion para poder ir a la catedral y a los arcos .

Cons:

la habitacion es muy pequeña, no tieen secadora , su baño esta lleno de humedad, el desayuno si estuvo bien , y el wifi no llega a la habitacion

Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great breakfast. The staff are very helpful and some speak English. Translation devices help.

Tem chuveiro com água quente, tem frigobar, cofre, cama não é tão ruim.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem fraco; forma fila no elevador, pois não comporta muita gente; ar condicionado muito barulhento; Internet não presta; cadeiras do saguão estão quebradas

Em relação ao meu local de trabalho, a localização do hotel é ótima. O quarto e WC são amplos, porém antigos, os aptos novos, reformados, ficam na categoria luxo, do 8° andar pra cima. O café da manhã é bom, bem variado.

Não teve limpeza nenhuma no período que estive hospedada, tive que pedir 3 vezes na recepção o berço que estava disponível, depois de 8 que pedi o berço, colocaram na porta. Café da manhã bom, porém a estrutura do hotel não atende a todos , devido a alta demanda. Muita gente, fila enorme para café da manhã e elevadores, funcionários despreparados e sobrecarregados. Eles não têm condições de receber a quantidade de hóspedes que estavam recebendo. A pizza do restaurante é horrível e fria.
