The hotel has 24-hour parking, please note that the is subject to availability and an additional cost of:
From Sunday to Thursday, BRL 45.00 + 5% *
On Fridays and Saturdays, BRL 55.00 + 5% *

Reservations will only be validated if made by the credit card holder, who must be the guest. This hotel does not accept reservations made by someone else on the guest's behalf. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents.

Please note that the property has a pool for guest use only between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Tuesday to Sunday, meaning Monday will be closed for maintenance. It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Gostei da recepção dos funcionários em geral. Garagem dentro do hotel também é um facilitador.

Cons:

Não gostei dos quartos standard, a única coisa de bom é o ar condicionado, lençóis limpinhos o mais deixou a desejar.
As fotos que vi eram dos quartos de luxo.
A minha reserva foi standard.
Portanto, as fotos não condizem com a realidade.

Acredito que interagi com um gerente e ele foi atencioso.

Cons:

O prédio é velho e mal conservado. Não se parece em nada com a foto anunciada. Paredes e portas sujas. Quando cheguei, tinham me colocado como no show mesmo eu avisando que chegaria na manhã seguinte. Atendimento ruim na recepção. Funcionários gritando para chamar outros funcionários no corredor das acomodações. Não tive nem coragem de ir ver a piscina. Muito caro para o que é.

O hotel atende muito bem para a categoria de 3 estrelas. Os quartos são bem limpos, aconchegantes e confortáveis, peguei o quarto luxo - casal. atende bem para viagens curtas. O hotel em si é bem aconchegante, para ser um ponto de apoio de quem não para muito em viagens. O café da manhã é razoável, mas atende ao custo-benefício, claro. Funcionários educados e prestativos.

Cons:

Poderia ter um ponto de apoio ou banheiro para hospedes que fizeram check-out antes do horário, mas o voo é mais tarde. Tinha um passeio cedo, então fizemos check-out BEM antes do previsto. era 12h e fizemos 06h, deixando uma facilidade pro hotel se organizar, limpar quarto etc. Ao tentarmos utilizar um banheiro, para tomarmos banho, não tivemos apoio. Acho que cada caso é um caso, nesse, nós poderíamos ter sido avaliados melhor.

Me hospedé 6 días, 5 no limpiaron el baño y uno ni siquiera limpiaron la habitación dejando las camas sin hacer.
El servicio del casino siempre estaban sucios, las tazas de café manchadas o sucias nunca pude descifrarlo y decías al servício y siempre estaba molesto o parecía estarlo
El internet un asco en la habitación debías salir al pasillo, cuando fui a preguntar la respuesta fue de que habían muchos huéspedes conectados a la vez, la respuesta me pareció un mal chiste.
Las personas en recepción amables, pero se aprecia que están cansados de ser la cara visible y recibir reclamos.
Definitivamente no volvería ni recomendaría, me dejó molesto porque incluso decidí parar un extra por una habitación deluxe.
El desayuno tampco ninguna maravilla, huevos pásados a aceite y bien pobre en verdad
