The hotel has 24-hour parking, please note that the is subject to availability and an additional cost of:

On Fridays and Saturdays, BRL 55.00 + 5% *

Reservations will only be validated if made by the credit card holder, who must be the guest. This hotel does not accept reservations made by someone else on the guest's behalf. The hotel may contact guests to request additional information, and the same credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents.

Please note that some reservations may require a credit card pre-authorization at the time of booking and if the guest has interesting in paying by pix it's necessary to contact the hotel by e-mail: reservas@atlanticotower.com.br, Be aware the property doesn't ask for payments by Instagram and our official social media is @atlanticotoweroficial.

Please note that the property has a pool for guest use only between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Tuesday to Sunday, meaning Monday will be closed for maintenance. It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A localização do Hotel é boa, os funcionários são prestativos, educados e receptivos.

Cons:

Não gostei das instalações, é um hotel muito antigo, sem manutenção. Então embora esteja limpa as instalações tem um aspecto de sujo. O quarto em que ficamos a porta do banheiro toda mofada, restaurante do hotel escuro, parece casa abandonada, atendimento no restaurante relapso.

O apartamento estava com cheiro de cigarro. Quando eu entrei no banheiro, vi uma bituca de cigarro jogado no chão (que estava bem visível e nao foi limpo pela equipe de limpeza). A noite fez um pouco de frio e peguei o cobertor. Era um cobertor daqueles grossos e velhos, com cheiro de mofo. Meu nariz começou a escorrer na hora e meus olhos, a coçar. No dia seguinte a cama estava feita e a bituca de cigarro ainda estava la. O vaso sanitário também não estava 100% com um pedacinho marrom de alguma coisa grudada na tampa...

Somente do restaurante em quesito de atendimento, cardápio e café da manhã.

A comunicação dos atendentes e da rede de comunicação é horrível.
Me deram uma informação por telefone completamente diferente da informação que me deram via chat e e-mail. Me instruíram a adicionar um novo hóspede porque não podia ir um acompanhante no quarto, quando adicionei novo hóspede ficou novo quarto, chegando lá pedi para juntar disseram que não dava, chegando no quarto tinha cama de casal e várias camas de solteiro, ou seja, cabia gente com força, totalmente sem necessidade, paguei atoa, não foram bons com as instruções, disseram por telefone que não podia pagar no pix, via chat e e-mail aceitaram pagar por pix.
O segundo quarto estava aberto ao chegar, a porta era super antiga e não abria com o cartão digital, somente com chave e não nos entregaram a chave, a luz estava com defeito para acender automaticamente, esperamos mais de 30 minutos para resolverem e o check-in foi a noite, então fiquei bem insatisfeita, o banheiro muito sujo, quarto com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, manta da cama soltando muito pelo.

Atendeu a necessidade, sem problemas.
Pros:

Localização boa, limpeza boa, funcionários educados na recepção e prestativos. Minha experiência foi boa, para um casal e quem vá passar poucas noites, atende super bem a necessidade.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades, como bolos, frutas e mais opções de sucos, por exemplo.
Sobre as instalações, no meu quarto fazia um barulho que incomodava quando o hóspede do quarto ao lado ligava o chuveiro.
